This place is the classic definition of what used car salesmen are infamous for. I went in with the exact vehicle I knew I wanted to purchase after doing my own research on their website, after showing the salesperson Chris which I car I would like to purchase, I had to wait over an hour for him to draw up the paperwork. I gave a $9,000 deposit and $200 vehicle transfer fee and told the car will be there in less than a week. I called Chris in a week and he said" he will call me back", and he never did, this cat and mouse game went on for 2 weeks of me chasing Chris for 2 weeks I finally got a manger on the phone. After speaking to the manger for 3 minutes, he found out the car I put a deposit on was sold and Chris noted my account to hold the deposit while he finds another vehicle. This vehicle was for business and because Chris was trying to wiesel my deposit, I lost over 3 weeks of revenue and was lied to. Whatever you do, stay away from this lot and especially Chris.

This is my 2nd car purchased from Enterprise Car Sales and I am wowed once again! I was in a tough spot, needed a car right away and I was able to walk in and purchase a car with no hassle. They found me what was right for my budget, right size for my growing family, and looked appealing on the road. I am always going to Enterprise Car Sales. I wont even look at another dealership. I know what goes on at those places. I have been referring my family and friends for years and even my customers. Thats the way to go! The Hempstead location had a huge selection, amazing people, and they work magic with the banks. It is worth the drive if youre coming from Brooklyn, Queens, and anywhere on the island. Hands down take my advice and say I sent you so they can give you that red carpet treatment that I always receive.

Re: Excellent Customer Service It is with great pleasure that I write to applaud your organization for the great service I received Saturday November 29th. I visited your RVC location and was feeling a bit anxious. All anxiety, however, soon disappeared as Carline Celius (Sales Rep.) greeted me politely and with a smile. Given the heartwarming experience I received from Ms. Celius, I wanted to bring this to the attention of their Corporate office. My wife and I went to this location on Friday, Aug. 25th 2017. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated graceously. Our salesman Lee, was accomodating, reassuring, and did everything he could to get us in a car. He and his manager Vito worked with our shaky credit and was able to get us a payment we could afford. While we waited, the sales crew offered beverages, and made sure we were comfortable, even offered the remote for the television. These guys worked magic. And the best part was there was no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics. Everything was up front and in writing. We are so very grateful to be the owners of our car. Go get a car from these guys. You won`t be dissapointed.

My experience at Enterprise in Hempstead is hands down the best experience Ive ever had on a big ticket item. I was helped by both Tom and Lee. As I explained to Lee, I had to go out of town the day after I purchased the car. I wanted to surprise my wife but didt have anyone to drive the car home after the purchase. Lee raised his hands and said, " I GOT IT." Lee offered to bring the car to my home the next day. For my wife, the experience was like having the people from Publishers Clearing House knock on the door . Tom showed up with a huge ribbon on the car. It made my wifes day. Collectively, the team at Enterprise was wonderful. I cant thank you guys enough.

I needed a car and went around to many dealerships. The atmosphere in dealerships is like a circus. The phony sales people put such pressure on you and make do not make it an enjoyable experience. When I walked into Enterprise it was not like that at all. Lee, walked over to me and shook my hand and was as courteous as could be. No pressure whatsoever! He asked what i was looking for and showed me what he had that fit my description. The car is amazing! Beautiful, clean, and runs like a dream. Could not have asked for a better experience. I had previously applied and was approved for a car loan from MCU, so on Saturday, July 22, 2017, my son went with me to Enterprise car sales held at Belmont Race Track. We were introduced and taken around by Megan who was not only very pleasant, but helpful throughout the car-buying process. We finally decided on a car and was taken inside for credit report check, etc. We met with Vito who also very helpful. Though the waiting was long, in the long run it was worth the wait. With Insurance and plates transferred the same day, I was able to drive off in my new, used car. Thanks MCU and Enterprise Car Sales.

Recently bought an Expedition from Hempstead Enterprise and I am so glad I did. No pressure, no haggling, no BS. Everyone I dealt with - Dov, Amy, Lee - was professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. All in all I visited Enterprise 3 or 4 times to drive the car and ask questions. Gave a great price for my trade and the price on the new car was excellent. I visited several other dealers including their competitions (starts with an "H" and ends with a "z") during my car search and each was a painful experience. Any future cars will definitely come from Hempstead Enterprise.
