Extremely satisfied. I heard from so many friends that their cakes were beautiful and tasted better than anyones. I knew first hand that they did amazing floral design. So for my most import day I went to them...a wedding cake, grooms cake, brides bouquet and brides maids flowers and centerpieces for our tables. For the cake and brides boquet I gave them photos from bridal magazines. The cake and flowers were so beautiful they took my breathe away and the guests raved as well. The taste of the cake was delicious and when my husband and I shared the top a year later we couldnt believe how good it still tasted. I wish I could post photos here because I am so proud to have their work in my wedding album.

The flowers look nothing like what the photo showed (yes, I understand there are going to be SOME differences because its not the photo that comes directly from the florist, blah blah blah, but this was a little ridiculous) AND they were all dead the next day. For over $100. My mom was so disappointed.

Not only is the customer service over the top so are the gifts, flowers, and cakes this wonderful establishment has to offer. Any time I go in here to order Mrs. Melinda makes me feel so welcome and like family. You can find anything you want here from gifts to cupcakes! I HIGHLY recommend!

Im in California and too far away to express my sympathy adequately to the mother of my favorite person. He saved my life. I spoke with a lady named Etta, the floral creation she delivered and her tact with me is more than 5 stars can convey.

They were nice enough to do next day delivery during the Mothers Day rush. In the end, the arrangement arrived at my moms work disheveled with broken stems. The sales lady has promised to refund the $53, which is greatly appreciated.
