Very disappointed in the selection and service from this florist. For my mothers birthday a couple of months back, I ordered a top-of-the-line tropical & succulent planter in a modern and sleek black rectangular base with pointed edges. Think Japanese Zen garden style plants. The order was made on 1800-Flowers and this was the regional partner. So what did this florist deliver? A round country basket of ugly pink azalea looking flowers. So I paid upwards of $200 and my mother received something not worth $30. The worst part is that they delivered it in one of those country-looking baskets with handles, which is totally not my style! Will send my mother presents from Amazon instead. Lesson learned.

I came in to talk discuss flowers for my wedding after getting good reviews from a friend. However, you would have thought that I had bothered the people in the shop. I know little about flowers, but if I am willing to pay good money for a service, one would think that they would do everything to help and get my business. Instead, I left extremely discouraged and upset. Terrible customer service!
