I would like to give you one more day before I write a review. Your website says you guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. My flowers were ordered Friday to be delivered Saturday at Memorial hospital in gulfport. I originally ordered from Imagine That florist but they said they called your shop because they did not deliver to Gulfport, they gave my order to your florist. The floral arrangement was for my daughter in law who had just had a baby boy. I arrived at the hospital just minutes after your shop delivered the flowers. To put it mildly I am very disappointed in the flowers. Very disappointed!! I called Imagine that shop that same day & had to leave a message, they just called back this morning to give me your shops name & number. I called your shop & had to again leave a message early this morning. It has been over 10 hours since I called & left that message. I want to know what are you going to do. Please return my call by tomorrow before noon. I will wait to finish my review then. I am giving your shop a chance to make good on your promise of 100% satisfaction. . I left my number on your answering machine. I took a picture Saturday of the flower arrangement, I will post on my continuation of this review if needed. Thank you, Susan McGuire

I ordered flowers there on thurs to be delivered on fri for a valentines supprise, from secert admirer. The flowers was beautiful and got there on time. But... they got the wrong name. And was delivered to the we wrong girl. I call to complain they just said oh that sucks im sorry. Site say %100 costumer satisfaction... i dont beleive that. I paid $100 bucks for them to produce and emotion that i did not recive and no attempt to recover the situation. Time and money wasted.

I am so glad the MS coast has an amazing designer like, William Brewer! I had tried both Deans Florist and Forget Me Not Florist in Gulfport and BOTH were a dissapointment despite having 5 star reviews online. Both Deans and FMN did terrible designs! (I think they must be paying to have bad reviews removed.) CARDINAL FLORIST did a BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED arrangement that was just like I asked for! The best florist on the coast by far! True professionals!

I order flowers several times a year for others, and many times the arrangements dont look all that nice. They are expensive, and its disappointing when the florist substitutes cheaper flowers, or just throws some flowers in a vase, and call it good. Cardinal Flowers does a great job! The arrangements are beautiful, and the "handwritten", personal note is an added touch. I highly recommend them!

Cardinal Flowers did a great job . We ordered a fruit basket and the recipients called and expressed how much they enjoyed it. Ordering was simple and easy. The company sent email updates to inform us of the status of our order and everything was done on schedule. We would highly recommend this florist.

I would not use this flower shop, they listed a free delivery service, but guess what?, when I ordered flower they did not go to the hospital in the same city they claim to have free delivery, and of course it cost an additional $20 for them to call another florist, what a rip-off!!!

Needed a bouquet of flowers for a grand opening celebration and after perusing their lovely website, I decided on a gourmet gift basket instead. It was delivered promptly THAT day! I couldnt be more pleased. I will definitely be using this company in the future. Kudos!!
