This site is 100% rigged! The additional (automatically checked) boxes for chocolates and spa packages indicated "included". The boxes were greyed out and did not allow me to uncheck them. When the billing itemization page loaded, no where did it indicate the chocolate or spa charges. It wasnt until after the order was submitted that I saw the total was 88 dollars as opposed to the original 50 that was originally exhibited. This site is a scam and will never see my business again. Once I saw the charges I immediately signed in to modify changes and the site then tells my the order has been processed and cant be changed. This is horrible for the familys trying to save a few dollars and an insult to the American people.

If I had the option to leave no starts I would. I placed three orders to be delivered the Friday before Mothers Day, it is now Mothers Day and 2 of my orders were not delivered and the one that was is very pathetic looking, nothing like the picture. I am on the phone with customer service and have been put on hold at least 7 times. They finally agreed to resend one of the orders but the option I had ordered was sold out and the earliest they could deliver a new option was a week away so they finally refunded me. Now while trying to deal with the second order they said they are having technical difficulties and ill have too call back. Easy to say I wont be ordering from them again

DO NOT GET FLOWERS HERE!!! I ordered a bulb garden for my mother over 1 week before Mothers Day. Selected the day - Friday before Mothers Day. Never delivered. I went online and they moved the delivery date two weeks later without letting me know. I called and I got some person in a foreign country that I could not understand. I think she was telling me it was sold out. I was never alerted and never given the opportunity to change. Horrible customer service. They overcharge for shipping and then do not commit to delivery date - the most important part of ordering flowers/plants. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. YOU ARE WARNED - IT WILL NOT GO WELL!!!!!

I worked briefly at the warehouse in Memphis a few years back. It was awful. It was a refrigerated warehouse and like so many other companies in Memphis they utilized mostly temp workers and they paid minimum wage. What was surprising was that they were working young hispanics. They had "Children working for them!! I know a child when I see one and I was in my early 20s then. I know a 6 year old and a 7 year old when I look at them. And this company was getting away with it too. The work was hard. The pay was low. And they treated their workers like crap. Not a good place to work.

Good: Website is easy to use, flower/vase options look nice, and price is reasonable. Bad:Flowers are shipped via ground shipping carriers, boxed like a package. You dont get a traditional "flower delivery." This would be fine, but I was surprising someone at work, and the delivery didnt show up until after hours (but was on the truck since 6am.) Flowers were left outside to freeze overnight. Phone line to report problem had 30 minute hold times. Good: I was given a full refund without much hassle.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I have never experienced so much incompetency or poor service as that of ProFlowers. Nothing I was told by customer service was consistent and I constantly got a run around. The day my flowers were supposed to arrive they could not be shipped because they were damaged. The company also SEEMS cheap but they charge for EVERY ADDITION (vase, shipping, processing, a card, etc.). Save your money and buy from a local florist. This company is absolutely awful.

I agree with the last review - wish I could leave 0 stars. My friend received an arrangement that looked nothing like what I ordered and maybe cost 1/3 of the price. I ordered an $80 premium arrangement with roses and she received a small arrangement of daisies and carnations. Who does that? It took a week of phone calls just to get something else sent. I was not offered a credit. Very disappointing.

I was very unsatisfied by the arrangement that i received, that being said Pro Flowers issued me a full refund and a 20% off coupon for my next order. They were very apologetic and that bumps them up a few stars from where they were. I may give them a second chance in the future.

Outrageously priced! Even with a Groupon my order for a small bouquet was almost $70! Are they made of Gold? I will NEVER order from Pro Flowers or Groupon! Customer service rep was nice and helpful...I hope they treat their employees well!

Good pricing due to outsourced custermer service. Dont make a mistake when ordering. You must cancel entire order with these 3rd world refugees, and start over. That is average C.S. today. Will update after delivery, dead or alive. Lol

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day. Order was confirmed, but no delivery was made. Received an email at 8PM telling me they ran out of inventory and they were sorry. Little too late at 8PM. Never again.
