I am fascinated by the way those people work - with their hearts before anything else. I ordered and paid for a bouquet of 5 red roses and lilies for a friend who is currently in a hospital (recovering after an operation). She received 7 roses and lilies. I called back to point out that there must have been a problem with the delivery. I was ready to pay for the extra roses as the smile of my friend was worth it. A lady explained to me that they are a gift for a fast recovery. So thoughtful!

Deidre (spell check?) was so helpful when I placed my order yesterday. My best friend had her first day back to work from being on maternity leave yesterday and she was feeling a little down. I called in the morning for same-day delivery. I told Deidre the occasion and she offered great suggestions and helped stay within my budget. She was great, friendly, and efficient. I wish I could post a picture of the pathetic flower arrangement that was delivered to my door. It was sent to me by my boyfriend and im not being ungrateful but it looked like something a second grader picked from the yard and jammed into a vase. I literally took one look at it and my first thought was " is this a joke? how could they ever possibly let this leave the store"

I ordered flowers for a friend who just had a baby and after reading all the other reviews decided to go with this florist! GREAT CHOICE! They accidentally delivered the flowers in the wrong vase, so they repeatedly called my friend until she answered and drove back over and delivered the correct vase with more flowers! SO NICE! Easy to order from, and above and beyond service!

Wasnt too thrilled with them. They delivered my order late and had 2 different stories when I spoke with them. First, the drivers battery died so the flowers couldnt be delivered yesterday then, after speaking with them today, I was told they didnt even get the order until today... Im a little lost.

AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. Called in an order at around 10:00 am, with special requests for them to use our vase. They were very accommodating, also picked up the vase for us, made the arrangement, and delivered the flowers within two hours!!!! They will definitely be our go to for florists!!!!!!!

I ordered the "deluxe" version of the flower arrangement, which was supposed to include more flowers than what the website pictures. However, I think the arrangement we received just barely had the flowers shown on the website. I will not be ordering flowers from this company again.

Website is user friendly and delivery was very prompt. Unfortunately, within 24 hours the flowers started to look wilted and weak--and it was not due to their environment. Would expect more, especially for a 2 dozen roses order.
