I went into this store on Saturday to pick up my arrangement. The girl behind the counter handed me the arrangement and sent me on my way. I got into the car and started to pull away when I noticed certain items I purchased were missing from the basket. I went back into the store and waiting for someone to come and greet me. I waited and waited and while I was waiting I listened to the workers in the back swear about some F@#%king B#$^h of any old lady and how they would like to punch the f@$%ing in her in the stomach. This went on and on and no one came to greet me. I left and called customer service. There answer was they have to let the store handle the situation. A couple of hours later one of the girls from the store called back to basically say it was a bad day. This employee was one of the employees involved in the above mentioned conversation. There was no sincerity in her apology as I do not believe she understood how unprofessional this was. She explained to me they refunded me for the items missing as they sold out of that item. Then why did you not explain that when you handed me the arrangement? It seemed to me you were hoping I would not notice and that you could charge for that item even though it was missing form the purchase. I am requesting a complete refund and was told to call back Monday. I threw my arrangement out and I will never go back to this location. If this is not handled in professional and proper manner I will never use Edible Arrangements again. This was absolutely a despicable way to talk about people (consumers) and to handle yourself in a professional work environment. Who is to say the employees do not get angry and take that out in disgusting ways to the items you are purchasing! This is why I threw the arrangement out. I would highly recommend never using this location! I do not want to even give a star but I have to in order to post this review.

Vibrance Chiropractic & Wellness Center LTD

I ordered an arrangement for my childrens birthday party. They called the day before, and left a message that was not understandable. After I googled the number, I called them back and they promptly hung up on me twice. At this point I was beginning to question my move on selecting this store. One of the ladies called me back to inform me that the container I ordered she was "all out of them." I was gracious and said "just put it in a container that you have." The day of the delivery I called at 1pm to enquire if I scheduled a delivery or a pick up and was hung up on AGAIN! I was hoping at this point that they were just having problems with their phone. They called me later to state that items I had selected would not be included in the arraangement. At that time I asked for a prorated portion of my money back for the items I was not receiving. She asked if I wanted a full refund and not to receive the arrangement. I should have taken her up on the offer. When the delivery came I noticed the arrangement has OLD fruit and condensation had collected on the inside of the celephane wrapping and I am questioning whether I should use it for the party tomorrow. I am done with this store. I will never order again. Next time I will make my own.

I wish there was a no star option. Sarah was very rude when I called for status on an order, placed me on hold then hung up. Was told my order would be received by 11 pm. Who is up at that time for a delivery? Called customer service AFTER receiving an email saying my order was undeliverable. Did not receive a call from ANYONE telling me an attempt was made. They told me an owner or manager would contact me and the order would be cancelled and refunded. Today I got a call from yet another rude person practically berating me and insisting the driver Pam is able to describe my home and attempted to deliver and no one was there. My family was in the back yard, birth the front door and garage door were open, wed have seen if anyone came around. She angrily told me shed refund my money but it was attempted and she can describe my home. I told her a description isnt necessary as you can Google the address and get the description, no one showed up plain and simple. She said they had 300 orders and wouldnt Google the address for home description or is against protocol to do anything other than come to the residence and try to deliver (which again, we were home, NO delivery was attempted)

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I was suppose to have a delivery for Mothers Day and they never delivered. There was no call or ANYTHING as to why they didnt deliver, I called the store the next day (Monday) and was told that it was a failed deilivery they will send it again ASAP and it should arrive before 11 am. WELL IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED! Tuesday went by NOTHING! I called corporate and they told me that the store would have to handle it and to call back if nothing happenes. Well Wednesday 4 pm comes around and it finally got delivered. What I want to know is why in the hell did it take 3 days to get delivered and why I was NOT ONCE contacted. EXTREAMLY unprofessional. I do not recommend ANYONE use this place!!!

Very rude! I had called the day before to verify my pick up for Saturday. They informed me i would have to pick it up by 5pm. Saturday came and i was still at work so I called to see if a friend could pick it up. the woman on the phone spoke so fast I couldnt understand her then proceed to get annoyed with me for asking her to clarify. Turns out she was saying theyre closing early. Honestly will not use them again.

Went to store at 5pm and it was locked up,although sign says "open til 7" . Tried calling them on the phone number posted and got over 5 minutes of ads. No one answered. Not a way to run a business.
