I had tried using a number of the huge corporate flower delivery services over the past few years and had several bad experiences with these big mega-corporate services, especially throughout the last year. I saw a flyer for Twisted Stem and decided to give them a try. I couldnt be happier with this decision. Twisted Stem created a stunning arrangement for my wifes birthday! They took note of details that I mentioned, like my wifes favorite color, when creating the design and were great at working within my budget. They were very courteous and helpful, delivered on-time, and the prices were totally in-line with what I would have spent with other delivery services. The flowers were and continue to be in impeccable shape, not damaged in any way by transit or delivery. Best of all, my wife was delivered a beautiful work of floral art, far superior to any other company Ive used before. I will be using them again and again! Highly recommended!

I stopped in this store for a very last-minute "get well soon" floral arrangement. I know nothing about flowers. But, the man behind the counter asked me what I was looking for - occasion + size - and what I wanted to spend. After 5 minutes, I was handed an amazing arrangement, that they made to order. It was totally unique and interesting, something you could look at for a while because there were so many different types of flowers that looked great together. As I was walking into the hospital, the front-desk lady followed me to the elevator - "I have to tell you, that is the most beautiful and interesting flower arrangement Ive ever seen." I assume she sees a lot in her line of work. My relative in the hospital loved them and it really brightened her day. She raved about them for at least 15 minutes. I would recommend Twisted Stem to anyone. Great service, great product!

I have used Twisted Stem since their opening. Whenever I send a living arrangement to a friend or a hostess, the accolades never end! The flowers are exquisite, unusual and breathtaking. Recently I attended a funeral where John had made the spray for the casket and the recipients were so moved we all stood for a moment to admire the display. John has amazing talents and I always defer to his judgment when ordering flowers. Check out his facebook photos to see some truly artistic displays. I feel so fortunate to have this lovely shop in Crystal Lake. You will ALWAYS be pleased when Twisted Stem presents in your name.

oH mY gODD !!! This place is fantastic with a sense of humor to boot ! Tired of the pro-800 places, I found this one on the net near where my gyrl works. She was in the dumps, so I came up with a reason to give her fleurs to cheer her up (left my trou unzipped, embarrassed @ work!). To share the blame, I sent her something from twisted stem - sight unseen. They arrived as promised and MUCH , MUCH better ! My gyrl got a lot of laughs from this twisted partnership. Im now a patron for life!!!

I called Twisted Stem about two minutes before they closed to flowers to my aunt for her birthday for delivery the next morning. I told them how much I wanted to spend, and the only guidance that "she like weird flowers and stuff, and isnt going to be happy with just some roses." They said they would take care of it. I get a call from my aunt the following morning that she loved them. So Twisted Stem nailed it. Thanks so much

I called Twisted Stem the day before I needed flowers for my mom, with no ideas of what I wanted for her birthday. They were amazing and told me they would come up with something bright for her. They made the most beautiful thing for her and I highly!!!! recommend them! :)

Not only are the flowers beautiful and unusual, but the gift lines are great too. If you are looking for a unique gift for a special person, this is the place to go in Crystal Lake. Every time you go you will see something interesting that you missed the last time.

Called to confirm delivery and was told my flowers had been delivered. Yet, the person did not sign for them till the next day during first delivery attempt. Caught lying to customers does not sit well with me. My 2cents. PS.. Arrangement I heard was nice.

I have a cactus arrangement in a little pot from twisted stem that has been doing extremely well with little to no attention . Ive had it for eight months. It is adorable and I plan on getting more little arrangements that are living.
