Ordered a generator online last week for instore pickup, when I got there they didnt even have it in stock even though the website said they had 2. Its a process to cancel the order as brick and mortar store is apparently a separate entity from the online division. Its been a week and I still havent been refunded my money, I called today to get an update and the customer service agent told me that they had no record of me paying for it, even though it shows me canceling it. Now they have to launch an investigation to get my money back which is going to take another 3-5 business days. With Costumer treatment such as this, its not hard to see why Kmart is failing as a corporation. My advice people, spend your money with a company who actually runs their business professionally. This experience is a total nightmare

If you dont mind waiting atleast a half hour to check out while the cashiers slowly walk around the store trying to figure out the prices of the merchandise you want to purchase, then maybe its not so bad. 3 times in a row we have waited a minimum of 30 minutes to check out. Its completely unacceptable.. But what do expect when they never have more than 2 cashiers working..

For the first time EVER I got in line without waiting a year. Its always a wait long wait cashiers are slow and the computer was slow as usual, but I walk up no one in line me and my sister. Thats a first I hate Kmart, and yet I still go every now and then store always junkie , not inviting to me. Prices are to high for a low end store. Ill stop here.

Everything is alright but you can always plan on waiting a really long time in line because they only have 1 to 2 cashiers open & the 3 or 4 ladies just standing behind customer service 98% of the time will not help & check anyone out, so we ALL just wait & wait & wait! Besides that its a good store. This is for real to!

They worst Kmart I have ever been in in my life, the employees have awful customer service skills, had a problem requested to talk to the manager she never came out to talk to me, she just kept call the Service desk and talked to the employee.

One of the last ones around. Products are very limited and store looks thinned out, very scarce. Only a matter of time when this one is gone. So strange and sad that this chain is going away. It was nice competition, but now where is it?

I love kmart however this store is the worst, they always have 1 aisle open, its always a line, the registers are always down and the workers are very rude and slow paced
