This location has no hours they close at 11 p.m. every night I was there at 10:58 and found the doors locked a gentleman came to the door and said we are closed I told him you close early I would like to speak to a manager it took them 10 minutes to bring me a manager and it comes to find out she was only a cashier after arguing with the lady for a few minutes she says she locked the doors 10 minutes early because shes allowed to I continue to ask for a manager and an older gentleman came to the door who was the manager and said that that was wrong to do and allowed as in the store so if you see a black lady named Alicia the cashier tell her she needs to learn her hours and to close at the right time

My wife and I live in a neighborhood across the street, making this Walmart walking distance from our house. The management of this store is so bad, weve been driving to the Walmart on Park Springs at Green Oaks for the past five years. The very last time we attempted to do our grocery shopping there, we waited in the checkout lane for so long, I watched a can of biscuits pop open in our shopping cart. If 12 check-out lanes are available, two will be open, every single time Ive stepped foot into this store. If you are planning on picking up one item from this store, you might be okay using the self-check out lanes, otherwise do yourself a kindness and avoid the hassle of this place.

Its my neighborhood Walmart, so Im here about once or twice a week. The store is clean & stocked and theres a Murphys gas station that has the cheapest gas prices. The employees are ok, as any Walmart theres rude & unattentive ones...but the turnover seems high b/c its rare to see the same cashier more than once or twice which is a good thing considering Walmarts cashiers arent known for friendly, excellent customer service. The prices, close proximity & availability of the food items is the top reasons we primarily shop at this Walmart.

My mother was assaulted in a neighborhood Walmart Thursday night in Arlington TX. She was hit and had her life threatened in a checkout line. The staff and security guard all saw the incident and did nothing to assist. My mother is older and disabled. The person who assaulted her was much younger. The store manager will not do anything about it. I will blast this company and that store til something is done. I will not stop.

Used to be a nice store but it has really gone downhill. We went yesterday. The floors looked dirty. The shelves were half empty - particularly the dairy aisle and bread aisle. What product there was on the shelves was not fronted (front to the front of the shelves) and the store looked generally messy. The cashier wasnt wearing an ID badge. We wont be back!!

If it wasnt in such a good location this place would be abandoned. Their goal is to have the least amount of lanes open as is possible without starting a riot. Half the time the shelves are empty and most of the time the produce is terrible. When there are abandoned carts from people giving up in the long lines you have failed.

Ive never seen before a walmart so so poor in employees this walmart in our community is got very bad service after having 12 cashiers 2 out those are self electronic cashier the rest only one person works on it long lines of people waiting to pay out it takes for ever they need more people to be ready at the cashier

Has always been a good place to buy gasoline but recently they demolished the gasoline station without informing customers. I believe they are building a new one but not letting us know was a let down. I traveled all the way there to buy gas only to see a blank space and construction work going on

This has to be the not only the worst Walmart but the worst grocery store anywhere!!! They never have enough checkers no matter when you go. The shelves are empty of most of what you go to the store for. We have stopped going there as it was a total waste of time.

Prices were higher than a usual Wal-mart. ... The employees were not helpful and the self check area employee just stood there watching even though customers were having issues. Was very disappointed.

Walmart grocery only store. Small and convenient. Selection is good enough. Understaffed especially cashiers. There are times the wait to check out is 30 minutes. Possibly longer and no Im not kidding.
