I DID NOT have a good experience at this location. I personally spoke with both managers David and Josh. David was extremely nice and helpful, Josh not so much. We brought our truck in for new tires and within 2 hours later our truck began to drive weird. We were able to drive the truck back up to discount tire and asked if they could simply check the tires to make sure everything was done correctly. Unfortunately they did not do so although they sold us on the warranty. 2 days later I spoke with David who helped us a ton by taking the vehicle next door for a diagnostic. When I called Discount tire for a simple update on the diagnostic, Josh the manager was EXTREMELY rude to me telling me why they werent going to pay for the repairs on the truck. Understandable because the issue did not deal with the tires, however, All I asked for was an explanation. I am not a tire expert nor do I change tires for a living so I am still lost as to why Josh had an issue explaining the findings from the diagnostics to me. Bad day for him maybe? My advice would be to ask for David the manager because he is extremely nice and helpful and stay AS FAR AWAY from Josh the manager as possible unless you are looking for an argument.... Oh yea! Ask about the return policy on your tires because I am certain they wont tell you about it although its supposed to be the best policy in the nation according to the website. :-)

Dont be deceived by appearances, and dont be naive. They treat you nice but take advantage of your ignorance about tires same time. Remember the Sears got sued by allegedly charged customers for unnecessary repairs? They doing same trick. I own a car business and we have own tire suppliers. I stopped this store for flat tire emergency repair. The flat tire fix is really 5 minutes job but they started inspect unnecessary other part. I tried to stop them to save my time but offered free flat tire repair. Let us wait almost one hour and finally they said the tire is not repairable, and I need a new tire. They push me to replace my tire with 80% tread with one nail puncture. WTF! Its a very common old days repair shop scam. I got mad and told them I will file BBB complaint. I pull my car and brought to a gas station and repaired in 5 min, $8 cost.

Service for new tires was good, as I have come to expect, however took 5 valuable vintage tires in for driver replacement and specifically explained I wanted the vintage tires back for shows. The associate wrote a note on the paper work. I Returned the next day and my vintage tires had been taken away for recycling. Seems they made some effort to locate the tires but no luck. The manager had every opportunity to correct the situation as reproduction vintage tires are available. Did not expect complete no-charge replacements but did expect it to be made correct. Been by the store several times to check status and was politely told they would call me when they found something, been over 4 weeks and no contact. Very disappointing and not what I would have expected. Lost a good customer...

My tire had a nail in it and went to this Discount Tire because I have always purchased from them . They told me that they couldnt repair it and it had to be replaced. I was observing the person that was working on my car the whole time and he didnt examine the tire at all. I had the same problem in San Antonio and took my car to one of the locations there and they suggested the exact same thing. Its a tire business after all and their job is to sell you a tire. My brother had a nail in almost the same spot in his tire, took it to a small tire shop and they were able to repair it for $20. I will never go back to Discount Tire again. Dont be fooled by them! If I could give them a NEGATIVE star I would, but in order to post this review to warn everyone, I had to give them at least a star.

My Fiancés car had a nail in the tire a few weeks back and was leaking air. We were about 2 minutes away from this Discount Tire. I believe the Service Writer who helped us was Carlos. Being a former service writer for Firestone I have him the details of where the nail was, if it was repairable, etc. I told them I was in no hurry but wanted to know what their wait time was. He said it should take no more than a half hour but to be safe give them an hour. So I called an hour later and he said they had been done with it. He was professional, courteous, and made me want to buy tires. This place possesses every quality of professionalism and courteous nature that a tire shop should.

This is my normal shop. Been going to this one... which is OUT OF MY WAY for 7 years now. Never had issues... however today Arthur was kinda a jerk. He seems to be the Assistant Manager and he does not like to take the time to listen to the customer. Talked to me in a condescending tone telling me because of the cold my tires will go low. Um... duh! I know that! I am a woman but I am not stupid please dont talk to me like that. But the fact still stands that when I air up the one that says it is low it will not! And my sensors are messed up because the store didnt do it right when I got the tires! Arthur maybe you were having a long bad day. But dont be ugly especially to women.

After extensive price shopping for new truck tires, I did finally settle on Discount Tire. The staff was professional, super helpful and explained the whys and hows. Unfortunately, my rim had a bend in it. Instead of trying to push sale, they actually took me into the shop and showed me the problem and why it needed to be replaced. After reviewing all the options I settled on a new set of wheels and tires that I could afford and it was all done in about an hour. (Ask for Jason)

Left another shop feeling pressured and scammed, came here thinking I needed all new tires, plus a spare. Kari not only walked me through my options, prices, and suggestions, but took the extra time to check each existing tire and found one was just fine to be a spare. Its people like Kari, and experiences like the last shop (nightmare) that reminds me why I should have just went to Discount Tire in the first place! Id give Kari and them 6-stars if bonus stars were possible!

I blew a tire on my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Call the store to verify they had the tire, they did, and I drove over. I asked the service writer, how long from now until its finished, he said 45 minutes and I had my doubts. They surprised me by being done in 35 minutes. Watching how smoothly their whole operation ran I knew it was well managed. Ive been a loyal customer for a long time, and will continue to be one too.

I came in with a screw in my tire 35 minutes before close and dealt with David. He was very professional and treated me with a level of customer service that I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Ive been to roughly 8 Discount Tires during my lifetime and have never had anything below an exceptional experience. The Christian music is a huge plus for me as well.
