If I could give no stars on this review, I would. I went to another location to purchase a storage closet and ended up given the incorrect piece. After calling the location Id originally had gone to, we discovered that the storage closet I wanted was at this Cooper location. I went ahead and purchased it thru their furniture leasing and when we put it together, it was damaged. When I returned it to the store the manager was very rude and told me I had damaged it and to call the furniture leasing office directly. I will never purchase furniture from here again.

This was the worst store I have ever been to I bought some glass jars in the cashier put them all in one bag when I asked her to wrap them she took them out of one bag and put them in another bag I had to ask her 3 times to wrap them up and she huffed and puffed the whole time seriously

It was okay. I never go to Big Lots, so I wanted to check it out. I got a couple towels, and theyve held up well. What I really wanted to see was their memory foam topper options because they beat competition on that, at least at the time I was looking.

Horrible.no one to help on floor many customers looking for help.very tight isle.long lines at 11:00am on a Sunday.floor looks like its never been clean.unorganized.cant find anything in store walked out.

Do not expect any help while shopping here and all the staff appears confused when you ask any questions or they start asking each other its comical... And forget asking anything about the add.

Most of the time now, the store looks like the aftermath of a war zone. Half stocked shelves and grudging attitudes from at least half the staff as well.
