Horrible service. Brought two sets of wheels and tires to be dismounted/mounted. Waited 45 minutes and then asked a attendant when they would get to me. They said I was next... After another 20 minutes I noticed they took 4 more people before me some of which just go there. Went back inside and asked if they had forgot about me. Only to have the guy rudely tell me, "Well is that not someone taking the tires out of the bed of your truck..." in a very sarcastic basically telling me off tone. Sure enough they finally got to me and it was obvious they didnt want to do the job for me. Yes they were hesitant of mounting Hoosier slicks since honestly I feel the guy had no clue what there were. But when you take my money and agree to a job I should get the same service as anyone else. Will never go back...

In the past, I always bought my tires at Discount Tire because they were always helpful and gave me a little better deal for past loyalty. To my surprise, this time they were not. Yesterday, the manager on duty gave me the same prices as posted on their website. Since customer loyalty doesnt seem to be a factor for Discount Tire any longer, I would recommend looking at Sams or Costco, if you have a membership. Even if you dont have a membership, you can get a membership and have money left over with what you save. Costco and Sams were both lower than Discount Tire on the tires I was wanting. Installation is cheaper at Costco and Sams too. All three offer lifetime rotation, balancing and flat repairs so, that is a push. I saved over $100 on a set of Michelins yesterday.

Huge shoutout to Discount Tire for fixing my flat tire even though I came in after they closed. Im sure it had something to do with the desperation in my face because I drive really far to work each day. They were beyond helpful! It went flat on the highway after driving from Southwest FW. They were incredibly nice and accommodating. A guy came in to buy something (once again, after they should have been closed) asked a worker if he could have a water that was on the ground at the end of the sale and the worker said yes but got him a cold one. I always love Discount, but I was overwhelmingly impressed with this staff. Its service like this that always keeps me returning to places. Thank you for all of your help this evening!

Amazing service. Amazing price. I was getting 4 Wrangler Adventure with Kevlar tires installed and new wheels and they made it smooth and fun. I was involved with the process the whole time and they actually mounted the tire to the after-market wheel they were promoting just to put it on my tuck and see if it looked good. Well it did and they took it off, put my stock TPMS sensors on the new wheels and mounted the tires. They were understaffed, but went out of their way to take care of me and treat me like a valued customer. Highly recommended! And ask for Nick! AWESOME service from the whole team!

DT has some of the best prices. They quoted me a better price on Firestone tires than I got from the Firestone store. Because of their pricing and convenience they are busy. Expect to wait a little bit. Another good thing is that they arent a maintenance shop (Firestone and Goodyear) so they arent trying to sell you other stuff. This could be a downside if you dont keep track of your cars maintenance (ball joints, etc.). The staff are a bunch of young guys, but they were friendly and competent. I even found out that my chosen tires qualified for a mail in rebate. Score!

Took vehicle in, as i picked up a nail. Asked them to check the balance as well. I was told that the tires were balanced. Well im headed back to discount tire this weekend because the shimmy I feel while driving has gotten worse. I will go to another location of DT. Also, the waiting area is small, hot and cramped feeling. I saw a sign for "Restroom" , but the door was behind the counter and looked like you would be going into the garage area. All other DT i have been to had much larger and more inviting waiting areas than this location.

I have brought my truck there a few times and they seem to mess things up like to much air in one tire so the tire was no good had to buy a new one and the one they mess up was only 2 months old took it in for tires to be rotate and than they didnt put enough air in it had them balance tires and it was way off by the time they got done ever time after they messed it up o had to take it to a different location and they fixed I will never go back to this store again I will drive a hour to the next discount tire instead of this place

Was sold 225 50 15 tires for my miata and was told when i came to get them put on a day before i leave on a road trim that my tires are to dangerous to put on the car due to having a 9in wide wheel. I was very upset but said okay. I then asked "let my buy just the tires no install or warranty" they still would not sell me the tire. Let me point out that wouldnt be to big of a deal if it wasnt for this tire size being uncommon and no one had them instock anywhere around the DFW area.

They guys are awesome! I had scheduled an 8:30 am appointment online but some how I must of messed up because my appointment was not there I called and they said come in anyways so I showed up at 8:11 am to get two tires changed they got me in and I was out by 8:40 am. They are so welcoming to everyone that walks in even the little babies, its great to go to a place where your not just another $ to them. Thanks again!

I love this place! This location tends to be really busy but I dont care. The price is average but the customer service people always go the extra mile to help you, are very courteous, explain and answer every question for even me! I really appreciate Brandon and his constant kindness. Thank you guys. (P.S. No matter what the warranty is worth the price)

Andrew ROCKS!!! Took my car in at a very busy time. My tire had a screw close enough to the edge, that they could have said I needed a new one. The guys at this location not only repaired the tire, but said there was no charge at all!! Thought this was going to be a horrible experience, but they truly saved the day!! Thanks for such a rad experience!!

Flat tire at a moments notice? Go here! I went during one of their busiest hours dreading the wait. They had my tire fixed within half an hour! Amazing! And, even though theyre super quick, they dont skimp on customer service. Not at all. Id recommend them to anyone with tire issues in Denton.
