***Update*** When I got my car back (over an hour wait BTW) the attendant told me that they patched another tire that had a nail in it. If this is true then I appreciate their kindness (and this might explain the additional wait, but also why are they checking other tires when I knew they were holding air and I only needed one fixed?), but unfortunately it doesnt change my rating or the review I wrote while waiting below. *** Im amazed at how others can love this company so much. First of all, Ive had a terrible prior experience with another Discount Tire store that straight up lied to me and sold me a replacement tire when they also couldnt patch a tire. Then I found out later that same day that they didnt replace the unfixable tire because I had a flat almost immediately after I left their shop. Also, that unfixable tire... yeah another tire shop fixed it for $10. So, I already have a negative outlook and nearly zero trust with this company in general and after much convincing from others here I am giving them another chance (at a different location though). Anyhow, I needed my tire patched and set a appointment to be seen at 5 PM. I arrived a little before 5 and was addressed by the courteous manager fairly quickly (so far, so good). After that I waited over 40 minutes in a very quiet waiting room with a small number of other people waiting around (see my 360° photo) to be told that they couldnt patch my tire (they will not patch a tire if it has a push plug in it - which is probably company policy so Im not faulting them over this). They did offer to either fill my tire or replace the punctured tire, so I asked them to fill it (I know other places that will probably patch it). Well... here I am waiting another 30 minutes (giving me plenty of time to write this review) for them to air a tire so I can leave... maybe this is punishment for not buying a tire instead? Or maybe theyre holding me hostage so I might change my mind and buy a tire? (FYI, car salesman use tactics like that) Its sad that even a reviewer like me (who tends to rate businesses on the positive side) cant seem to have a good experience at a company that is so highly reviewed. I dont get it, and since Ill never give them another chance I probably never will.

Beware, worst service I have ever had in ANY business. I took my wifes tire into be patched and planned to pick it up the next morning. When I got there they could not find the tire! Turns out they had thrown the tire away (okay because the puncture was in the sidewall), but they HAD ALSO THROWN AWAY THE EXPENSIVE ALLOW WHEEL. Fortunately I found the wheel a bit before the junk service came by that morning so there was a last moment rescue. But they had to order the tires I wanted. These are very common General tires, and it took them longer to get them iin than if I had just ordered them from the Tire Rack online on my own. Meantime they had also lost the center cap from Subaru for the wheel that was nearly thrown away. So they had to order that too. The personnel were very polite throughout, but this was the worst actual performance of a service I have experienced ever anywhere, at any time, for any service!

I dont think Ive ever relieved better service than I have at this discount tire! I called and spoke with them over the phone first, they were so accommodating and went over and beyond to help. When I got there they took me right away. Called me by my name and when my car was ready they walked me outside and made sure everything was to my standards. I have BMW valve caps, one was missing. I told them it was on there, they said it was missing, but the manager without asking questions, went inside called BMW and refunded me the amount for brand new ones. I have a nail in one tire now, and I am going to drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this shop! Definitely a wonderful experience for me.

I have used discount sine my first car and have never gone anywhere else for tires. this is my first time at southlake location... Im amazed how horrible the service is and how lazy the people are given they are located in a town full of impatient snobs. I arrived and only one car was being worked.... they told me one hour. it has been 2 hours now and my car has still not been touched. all I needed is a nail patched on one tire... i have had 4 new tires installed in 45 minutes at the north richland hills and Watauga locations... lazy lazy lazy crew here! if your looking for hustle, you most definitely wont find it here.

Koby and his team were incredible. I came into their store (after being jerked around at the Grapevine Mills location) to get a simple flat fixed, and a tire rotation. Koby was incredibly helpful and kind. The store was very clean. He told me that my car would be ready in 45 minutes tops, and he had it off the rack in less than 20 minutes. He under promised and over delivered big time! They have my business for as long as I live in the area. I highly highly recommend this store to everyone. A+++

They are always working hard and working fast at this location. I just went in to get a screw removed from my tire and then repaired and while I was there I went ahead and got all 4 balanced and rotated. It was just before 5pm on Saturday when they were about to close and there were still plenty of cars to work on. I was in and out in no time. Great service and they are very polite. I dont live near Grapevine but I work here and I will make a point to go to this location in the future.

Im very happy with my Discount Tire experience. I had an appointment. I was served promptly. I only NEEDED two tires. The guy didnt try to up-sell me. He actually suggested a cheaper replacement. (Yeah, maybe the profit margin is better on the cheaper tire!). I ended up buying four. The prices (after prorates, refunds, and rebates) was very good. I dont think I could complain if I wanted to.

Have all my tire work done at Discount. This location happens to be very close my work. Easy in and out. Usually pretty quick to get you in and out. But is busy location. Best to schedule appointment in advance but they will accommodate you if not. Had a little issue with a repair but they were more than fair when I returned the next day. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff. I showed up at 9am the morning after a holiday so they were busy, but they were polite and efficient. They had Christian music playing in the lobby! Good for the soul and our country. We need more businesses that arent afraid to play good, encouraging, Christian music. Plus the bathrooms were super clean! Lol

Counter guys are friendly but this is the second time that I have been here and its frustrating that there is no wifi; and they basically tell everyone it will be an hour but both times its been right at two hours; and everyone around me frustated they got baited and switched on a turnaround time they didnt come close to meeting
