The absolute worst branch of Discount Tire I have ever been. In one morning they broke my vehicle on the lift by not having the lift properly lowered and ripped off the lift points under the vehicle. Then they mounted two different models of tires and handed the car back to me without them even noticing. After notifying them before I left with their error it took them another 30 minutes to figure put they didnt have matching tires for me, tires I ordered in days prior to my appointment. Then when I return 10 days later to get my remaining tire, they still dont have it after the manager told me they had ordered it. Then an assistant manager says he doesnt want to be in the middle of the problem... thats what they call acceptable customer experience. On top of all that its been two weeks since i sent them my repair invoice and they still havent paid it. I called the regional office and spoke to an admin who assured me that Clay, the regional honcho would call me back. I never heard from him but did finally hear back from the branch manager, Randy. Im still waiting for payment, will see if it arrives this week. If you are in this area either driver farther if you want to support Discount Tire or just order from Tire Rack online and have a local shop mount the tires. Thats what Ill be doing from this point forward. No more of my money is going someplace where I dont matter. My personal cars and my fleet vehicles for my business will no longer be going to Discount Tire.

I always go there for tires and free tire repairs. The last time I went I needed two new tires because my front tires were worn and my car was out of alignment which damaged the tire. They recommended an alignment place (unfortunately they dont do alignments there) and I was happy with their recommendation. I wasnt happy I needed the tires and alignment, but they took care of me and I understand it wasnt their fault that I needed two new tires on my Honda that had less than 21K miles on it! My quibbles would be that they still have no free WiFi available and they are usually very busy so theres a good wait. Make an appointment if you can. On a side note, Im a little disappointed with Honda as the alignment place thinks the car came new out of alignment. Honda doesnt cover alignments under their warranty (except for perhaps the first 7500 miles)... so Honda didnt really stand behind their product on this one. It cost me a few hundred bucks for the new tires and alignment (and remember I had less than 21K miles on the car).

Avoid this location! Ordered a set of four tires on Saturday 12/10/16. Received a call Tuesday morning letting me know that my tires were in. Told the associate that I would be in later that afternoon to get them installed. The associate told me that I didnt need an appointment, just to come by and theyd get me fixed up. Took off of work 3hrs early to make it by closing time. Upon arrival, the associate at the counter informed me that a customer had come in earlier in the day with a flat and that one of my tires had been sold. He thought that an acceptable solution was to order a replacement that would arrive at 11am the next day. Seriously? My other option was to get in my car and drive to another location 15 minutes before closing. This is unacceptable! I dont know where Ill be buying tires in the future, but Im thoroughly certain where it wont be. Four personal vehicles and thirteen fleet vehicles and not one of them will ever have another tire installed by Discount Tire.

Got a decent deal on four new tires for my wifes car last month. Surprise, this month I realized the cheap factory tires on my car had run their 40,000 mile course. So I needed a new set as well. I stopped in to Discount Tire on Justin Rd. in Flower Mound. The place was BUSY -- for good reason, theyre the best. I told the man I wanted tires that would last me a long time. Without any hassle or heavy salesmanship, he simply showed me some options and let me decide what to do. When it turned out the 70,000 mile tires I had selected were out of stock, he offered to upgrade me to a more expensive set of 85,000 mile Pirellis -- at no extra charge. Now that is customer service! From past experience I also know these guys stand behind their service and the warranty I purchased, and I can get the same level of service at any other Discount Tire location. I wont buy tires anywhere else.

I give them high marks for service but low marks for trustability. I found tires on their website -a model recommended for my car. I tried to order and make an appointment online but had to call the store because the tires were not available at The Flower Mound location. They said the tires would be in the next day and that they would give me a call - the call never came. I went into the store and they played the old Tire switcheroo sales scam on me. In other words, they claim to only have two of the tires I wanted, although, they did have a model that was $40 more. Such a scam. These guys are worse than car salesman.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! CROOKS, SCAMMERS!!!! Bought 4 tires in Jan 2012 they wore out in 22,000 on a 70,000 warrenty tire. Went back to have them to warrenty the tires but they refused cuz the poor wear on the tire was due to them being out of alignment....but they dont tell you when they put them on since THEY DONT DO ALIGNMENTS!!!!! Went next door to NTB where they apologized for the situation I was in....great customer service!!!! I bought 2 sets of Michelins for my 2 cars and both now have 5 year alignment packages to last the life of the tires, that is the way to take care of the customer adn their car!

Was told I would be there an hour, I was there 5 hrs. I had been to the Grapevine location and had the TPM sensor replaced on one tire, the light had come back on. I paid $70 to have it replaced, and when I got in my car. Light still on. They told me id have to drive it for a while. 2000 miles later, light never went back off. I called in, and their response was that I should just have them all replaced. I love Discount Tire as a company, but will never go to THIS location again. They are rude and dont appreciate your business. But hey, they will Get to ya when they Get to ya.

I have bought many tires in sets and individually over my life for my family and friends. Discount Tire is the only place that I go now unless there is not one with in 100 miles. They will not tring to up charge you on stuff you dont need and they always support their warranties. Additionally the store located on 407 in Flower Mound is the best of them. Jeff, the manager at this locations is like talking to one of your buddies about buy tires, just honest, down to earth and knowledgeable....Love this place and their prices!!
