Avoid like the plague! This Discount Tire is the ONLY place that has ever touched my tires and wheels. I bought brand-new wheels about a year ago and they did a good job mounting them. I asked to have my tires set at a specific psi, which they said theyd do, but they didnt. I caught their mistake and pulled the car back in to have them fix it. Its been about a year and I just had new tires put on since the first set has worn out. Bear in mind, the ONLY time my wheels/tires were touched before was by this exact same Discount Tire. During the installation, they gouged 2 out of my 4 wheels very, very badly trying to remove the balancing weights that THEY installed!. They first tried to blame "the other tire place" who put on weights that were too hard to remove. I pointed out to them that THEY were "the other place"--that they installed the wheel weights. Is it just me, or is it common sense that you dont gouge wheel weights off of the inside of a wheel with a metal instrument?!? Something is gonna give, and its not going to be the screwdriver/razor/etc., its going to be the paint on the painted wheel! Simply put, they badly damaged 2/4 wheels in one simple visit to swap out tires. Again, they dint put the tire pressure I specifically requested. Theyre in the process now of making things right by getting new wheels. Thank goodness. Theyre 100% responsible for every aspect of this. Time will tell if I drive away with properly mounted tires with the correct tire pressure on un-damaged wheels. I sure hope so. Im a very loyal customer and would like to go back here, especially since its close. But so far every single time Ive gone, something has gone wrong. I have serious qualms about giving them another shot because its just too much hassle to keep having to correct their mistakes. There should be a 0% chance of wheels being damaged by a so-called professional shop. To have 2/4 damaged in one visit is totally astounding to me. The tech who worked on my car is incompetent and should have serious re-training before he does this to someone elses wheels.

I have been to this store twice for their service. You get what you pay for in tires. My first time here was 2006 and I was just a few day after a VAS surgery and was still in pain. I dropped off my truck to get wheels and other work done. The manager offered ( & accepted) to drop me off 1/2 away at Tx Roadhouse while I waited. He called and came and picked me up when I truck was done. Thats good business! I bought my next set of tires (different car) there as well and was treated well when I wasnt in pain.

I love the service; they are always professional and helpful. They explain things well. I usually schedule an appointment and they get me right past walk-ins standing in line. Because they often get really busy, the appointments are great. They have a variety of tire choices from Good to Best quality to fit your budget. Free tire pressure checks! The certificates have saved me lots of money on tires that cant be repaired. Discount Tire Stores are the only places I go for tires.

Ive been going to this Discount Tire for 12 years and Ive always had somewhat quick but dependable service. Ive had several times where Sams had better price and they would match. This last time what disappointing because I bought brand new tires, drove straight home, and the next morning a tire was completely flat. Ends up they put the wrong TPMS in which caused leak. If this was the only time Id used them the rating would be lower but this is the first blemish in 12 years.

I ordered a set of tires at this location and was promised they would be there 2 days later for installation before I went out of town for the weekend. After my car was pulled into the bay at 8 oclock in the morning I was told that my set of tires wasnt ordered and I would have to get them another day. Very unprofessional. I will never do business with this Discount Tire store. Ill drive a little out the way for better customer service .

I want MCH, he says they dont have any. I get yokos. I come back the next day because they werent balanced. I over hear them selling MCH. I ask about it, "oh yah, we can trade those out, we didnt have any yesterday". then have me swipe my card with out explaining there will be an increase, or how much of one. I have to conclude its because Im a woman. My loyalty to Discount was rewarded with 3 trips and wasted hours for 2 tires.

Extremely friendly & professional. They are proud and humble with their service. They fix & repair your tires with a patch and a plug, check your tire pressure, balance and rotate your tires if need-be. They even maintain your tire pressure sensors and make sure everythings up to par. And the best part...? They do all that for FREE. There are no better tire businesses out there. Discount Tire is the best, needless to say.

Im currently in the middle of my visit here, and so far Ive been treated phenomenally. Set an appointment for 5:30 on a Monday. Showed up at 4:50 and (Im fairly certain) my tires were stacked and ready to go when I arrived. 4 new tires installed on my Yukon and I was back on the road by 5:30. Crew was fast, efficient, and well-mannered. I received a few sales pitches for add-ons, but no hard-sell tactics. This crew is excellent.

Discount tire bedford isnt perfect but they are trained and try their hardest for customers to have the best service they strive for greatness especially with customers who decide that coming in 5 minutes before close and requesting 4 new tires they are hard working employees and all these negative comments make them seem like theyre crooks

After a bad experience at the NRH location, i went to Bedford and as always...this Bedford location experience is always great. I was greeted at the door, my car inspected, told a correct wait time, was offered a drink and my car was done and I was on my way! DT Bedford....it was worth the second trip today.

Repaired tire but still leaked brought back to have fixed properly and was told they could not repair, wanted only sell new Tire. Had one say they would fix and then another say he would. All of this after waiting 20 minutes. Have use discount tire for years when I come to the store again!!!!

Fast, efficient and quality service. I cant thank them enough for helping me out when I got a nail in my tire. No hassle trying to find the receipt of when I purchased my tires in a different city to cover the repair under warranty. This is why Ill never go anywhere else for tires!

The only problem Ive had is when I went to get new tires I was going to go get something to eat and when I came back there in my trunk of my car the guy said he was looking at my spare to see if one of my old tires could be used as a spare and I did not ask for that service
