Went here today to pay a TXU bill for my brother who just had surgery and cannot leave the house doctors order. The customer service cashier Carol asked for my I.D. and said that itll have to be in my name and have to create an account with Wal-Mart so I cant pay it. I am really upset that this is their policy when its nothing being done criminally. I can understand if it was some form of stealing but its PAYING someones bill. I have all the information needed. I have to now go to another store to get this handles and to think that Wal-Mart is convenient isnt true. ------------------ UPDATE: Tracy was a HUGE help...she got it handled without all the maddness in less the 7 minutes. The only reason why I would ship here is because of Tracy. I will also call corporate and explain my situation in Carol and Tracy!

This place opened up in April and its okay. The location makes it quick and convenient and the store is usually pretty clean. My issues with the place is that it seems like they are always stocking items/are out of my usual purchases often. I would say about three times I have had to walk out because they didnt have one item on my grocery list in stock, and I do not buy obscure grocery items. Once it was sweet potatoes, broccoli, and ground turkey. The few cashiers they do have dont have a smile on their face as if coming to work is the worst part of their day. It just isnt a welcoming environment. I will most likely continue to shop here when I need to, but it wont be my regular shopping stop.

This place infuriates me. The ONLY reason I come here is for convenience and I think thats why they stay in business. MANY times I have come to the self-checkout (b/c theres only one cashier) and when I need assistance b/c something is wrong and the red light on top where the employees can see it indicates I need someone, the employees are moseying, chatting, laughing, and gossiping at the customer service desk. You need to hire competent employees. At the very least, we should be acknowledged. I will say, however, that there is a gentlemen who works around the self-checkout and he is great! The ladies, though, are not.

I was at the fuel station getting couple things and theres a rude black lady her name tag said Dominica she huff and puffs she doesnt have no good customer service at all she doesnt smile or make anyone welcome if she doesnt like her job sorry they need to get someone else friendly and nice she wasnt even helping her Co worler that girl is very lazy i notice this every time i go there to put gas and buy my things please walmart get better employess everybody in the fuel is friendly and nice expect that girl Dominica thank you

The store itself looks nice and clean, however i hate how they have only 1 regular check stand open and like 7 self service check stands open. Very frustrating when you have a cart full of groceries and there are 6 people with just as many groceries as you have waiting to be checked out. After thought: After coming to this store I placed a Walmart Grocery order. I got the confirmation in my email but when I get to the store - no order. I think next time I order groceries Ill order from Kroger

I have been going here since they opened & havent had any problems. My husband went there last night to buy a chuck roast. He paid $16+ for it & it was spoiled. We cooked it in the pressure cooker before noticing. There was a stench (like vomit) while it was cooking & a wang when we tasted it. Now we have to throw it out. I just hope we dont get sick after taking a bite. Thats a lot of money to throw away. We will not buy our meats there again. Very disappointed...

Great customer service one poticular cashier in the gas station her name is chasity she is very friendly fast and has a beautiful smile very welcoming yesterday the air conditioner was not working her and another wounderful lady were stil smiling and still working there hardest very friendly gas station I will be recommending people to the gas station I have not made it to the grocery store but Im sure I will have a great time shopping in there

This location is new so its bright, clean and the produce, meat and dairy sections are arranged differently from older stores. Its really nice. There are employees there that are helpful - unlike the bigger Walmart Superstores. And a customer can preorder and pick up at this location. Well see how long they can maintain the appearance and services. Hope its successful because this area of town needed a decent grocery store.

This store is very clean and organized. Associates are very pleasant. At first I was surprised to find imported organic products like unsalted butter. Organic products that are only available in places like Whole Foods are available in this Walmart store off Precinct Line. I soon became a consistent shopper along with my naturally health conscious husband plus the added comfort of proximity and convinience.

Having noticed; we Shop at Walmart, put items in the cart, go to "self-check out"... What the hell!!! NOT anymore, WHY, Prices have NOT gone down and Im/Your doing all the Work. Except stocking the shelves. Really - this FAMILY is so RICH and Sicking and people just allow them to treat us like Dumbasss. Nope, if I shop there I will have a cashier and my purchase will be properly bagged. ENOUGH..

The selling factor for me is size and location. I can get in and out pretty quickly since its small and produce, deli, cold case items are all in one area. The downside for some is that you must scan all your own items. I dont mind this. Some people hate it, especially for bout senior citizens or mobility impaired folks. Another selling factor is free grocery pick up!

These are my favorite grocery and deli stores for convenience! All the grocery and pharmacy items of Wal-Mart without the crowd of the other departments. This one in particular seems like a nice one, clean restroom and aisles with friendly folks. My visit was mid-afternoon on a Friday, looks like a few folks were cashing checks and paying bills at the service counter.

Love this Wal-Mart to its super clean and helpful and love those smiles, just the parking need help with it they almost ran me and my grandson over please help with that the drivers r not watching for us Customers. I believe its cause parking lot is so small and the way we can enter and exit its got so dangerous for us Customers . Thank you

Really long lines and wait times for checking out between the hours of 3 and 8 pm on weekdays and certain times have experienced on the weekend. Some cashiers are rude when it comes to price matching. I only come here for the location buy starting to dread it. I also had to return a turkey that was bad the day before Thanksgiving.

This place sucks they only have 3 cashiers and the rest is self service and nobody there to help standing in line right now 3 lights flashing no one in site Im walking out this piece of s*** wont be back and hit the red button at the front 50 times before I left will put up a negative review any and every time l have a pissy day!!
