I tried to order Grocery online and pick up at the parking lot and I dont like the way they are doing. First, when I arrived at the parking space, I called them, they cant find my order and keep asking my name. Then they sent out a guy and keep asking my name. Then later the lady came out with my order and check my ID. Then I got home, wrong items was received. I order online two 12 counts Theraflu and they gave me only 6 count. Then I called in, one lady pick up the phone with unrespect voice and attitude answered the phone (They could hire a better one out there to answer the phone) She keep asking my order number, I have repeat 3 -4 times. Then she start argued with me over the phone instead of go online and find out whats Im talking about. Online ads was indicated 12 count Theraflu, but I told her that I only received 6 count, then she said that I received 6 count x 2 = 12 (duh...) I should received 12x2 = 24 instead lady. Then she went to grab a difference lady to argued with me over the phone, then I told her to go online and check it out, then this lady was found out that their website was error and she said she will credit it back. Whats a training of customer service? You guy should learn that "NEVER ARGUE WITH CUSTOMERS" you have to learn how to listen to customers and find out the solution instead of using your smart mouths. I would take my business somewhere else.

I purchased an item from here when I got it home it was clearly an item someone had returned or switched out. When I returned it the lady ask what was wrong with it I said it wasnt what I thought I was buying. She opened the box and exam the item and then called someone over and said shes returning this but the item doesnt match. So Im standing there in my own little world not first catching what she was saying until the other lady she called over said well take it back this time. & I was like what you mean this time? She clearly said something was wrong with the item this why Im bringing it back. So she said but we USUAL dont take an item back if its not the item matching the box. So I stood there confused and then the light bulb went off and I was like are you saying I switched the item and now Im returning something else. The lady walked off. I was in total shock. But then again reality set in. Im black Im at a store thats in a predominantly white area. I own 10 homes in the Bluffs up the street from here however I was perceived to be another black broke lady trying to get over. Im so happy THEY made the ultimate decision to take the LIGHT BULBS back because that would have resulted in another public law suit against Wally World. I will continue shopping at my local trophy club Wal-Mart to avoid such discrimination again.

Perfect example of Wal-Marts obvious policy of understaffing. Consistent disappointment finding assistance locating your items is unfortunately coupled with a completely nonsensical methodology for labeling aisles. You cannot, repeat-CANNOT navigate the layout from aisle locations identified on their website. Aisle G may be completely on the opposite end of the store compounding the bewildering confusion. This specific store seems especially plagued by the WM corporate culture of low and/or poor inventory leads to bait and switch misery. Though staff is sometimes quite friendly, that aspect of your experience is "hit and miss" and "luck of the draw." We once left a credit card at a register because we we were distracted by the refreshingly well intentioned and extremely personable gentleman manning the post. That was our error. The fact my wife and I had to call six times including being placed on hold 25 minutes or more twice by uncaring customer service and store management, however, was inexcusable and indefensible. What keeps this location from earning a negative score is cleanliness. Other than the occasional inventory pallet clutter, at least its usually neat, though unorganized. So come here if you dont like seeing products scattered around their display or on the floor, but there are depressingly few other reasons.

My wife made the horrible decision to use this Walmart for curbside pickup. They sent her an email at 5:50 stating our groceries were ready. She sat as long as she could as she was throwing a company party the night this occurred. 6:30 rolled around and still no groceries. I swapped cars with her (we have 2 little ones) and continued to wait. I ended up leaving at 7:20 with no groceries. I called and asked to speak with the store manager as I left and waited on hold for 30 minutes. After finally realizing that I had been forgotten about I hung up and called back, and finally got ahold of the assistant manager. He was very polite and apologetic, but the damage had been done. I typically shop at winco (their prices are much cheaper and I have no problem getting out of my car :) ) and will go back to my normal routine. I will not be going to Walmart anytime soon... That is unless all other grocery stores somehow shutdown... At which point I think I would rather by a farm and do it all myself... Lol. All that to say, I would not recommend this Walmart for anything less than an emergency in the case of a nationwide disaster... Thanks for eating up 2 hours of my time Walmart for a $25 gift card, for which I will use on my daughters bike spokes. The night of the occurrence was 10/21/2016, my likelyhood of returning is -10.

If I could give no stars I would! This Wal-Mart is a joke. I purchased infant formula on the 17th with the grocery pick up. After using one can I noticed it was making my son throw up so since i had one can not opened I went today to return it. I wad informed that because I didnt have a paper receipt with a "tc" number on it they would not give me money back because I could have used WIC to pay for it. I showed the manager my phone were the app shows that I paid for it with my visa card. But because Wal-Mart choses to only show a order number and not a tc number on online orders he said he would not be able to refund my money because I could have used WIC. First of Wal-Mart is the one that choses to not put a tc number on online orders so how is that my fault? And two how rude to assume that Im not able to pay for my babys formula!? The managers here are rude and a joke! My family spends thousands of dollars at Wal-Mart every year but from now on I will no longer shop here because clearly they needed that $20 more than I did since I had proof that I paid for the formula but they would not refund my money!

As if anyone needs another reason to hate this Walmart, here is one. A week ago my daughter (age 21) went to the bathroom before starting her shopping. While coming out of the bathroom she was confronted by an employee (not security) and was accused of shoplifting. The employee was yelling and making a scene. At the employees persistence my daughter handed over her purse that was then searched. Of course, no items were found. Today my son (age 16) was at the register buying an item that was missing a ticket. My son told the cashier where the item was located so he could check the price. The cashier said he thought it was $10. My son informed him it was on clearance for $3 and asked him to check on the price. The cashier refused, argued about the price, accused him of removing the ticket and said loudly he was lying. My son left the items since the man would not check the price and was embarrassed. I thought about calling the store manager, but my experience is the store is a direct reflection of management so didnt want to waste my time.
