I went in just to by ammo and cleaning supplies at first i called to check availability of the ammo i needed only to talk to the same lady three times. After failing to reach someone in sporting i just drove over. While waiting in sporting i located the ammo and needed to search for someone to open the cage. One of the employees shows up abd says he has to walk the ammo up. I tell him that is fine were should i pick it up once im done shopping. He tells me to just go to a register and let them know you have items in customer service. Ok I headed to the shortest line i could see since customer service was packed which was the line with tobacco products. I told the gentleman that i have ammo in customer service if he would be kind enough to grab it he respectfully told me I would have to go through customer service cause he cant leave the area due to the tobacco products. I respected that and went to a different line still much shorter than the CS line. I asked the lady if she could grab my ammo waiting in CS she told me "why dont you get it" thinking she was joking i asked if I could get the remainder of things i need. She tells me "I shouldnt have to do that can you wait in CS" At this time i was fed up and just ready to leave i grabbed my items and started to put them back when i saw a manager. I explained the whole situation to her and she seemed to somewhat care and pointed me to a short line and grabbed my ammo for me. I usually can understand when service is bad when uts busy but even though i spent an extra 20 minutes waiting for ammo the CS line was way to long and would of taken longer And why I rate this a 1 star is not because of the time i spent in there it was for the response of the second cashier and the lackluster response of the manager maybe one day i will change my opinion

I continue to go here for obvious price reasons and the fact if I need a TV, a lobster and some underwear....its a one stop shop! This is pre-checkout (panic attack time for me!)...Heres the seriously frustrating inconvenience to the consumer. If you happen to use this paper product referred to as "cash" to buy things...u are quickly and happily dismissed from self-checkout. "Card only!" is commonly announced at this happy killing epicenter. One man who "works" there at the fun killers has the same response every time I ask how he is. Heres his answer.. "Ill be doing a lot better in (fill in amount of hours until his soul sucking shift is over)." I dont judge and hope he finds happiness but Wally World aint gonna be his savior and spreading negativity is a behavioral flaw of the majority of the cashiers. I rarely (less than 5% of the time) receive a smile when I ask how they are. I feel as if sometime a four letter word would be nicer if growled at me. Anyway...if u want to pay for your slew of random goods they have 50-60 registers. Oh, these must be for Christmas....sorry. 2 will be open all remaining days of the year creating unnecessary and inconvenient lines at any hour. Where are the employees to handle our needs? Check every aisle. They will be blocked with more individuals (not all) that avoid eye contact and make sure the pallet puts u in a precarious position while straddling Gatorade. Ugh, manager?! Customer service left when "SUPERSTORE" came to existence. Its okay to smile...theyre contagious you prick!

This the most worst walmart and experience i had in many years! I sent money walmart. 2 walmart in co to my family members in need! They stop the test questions as of may 4 i belive! My family had problems receiving money on their end because i misplaced tje reference number! With that being said i tryed to ask customers service how i could get my money back customer service ack like they didnt even care! Rude bad attitudes, gave the wrong number twice ! Nobody new what to do! So i got so upset it took me a wewk to calm down! So today i said today is the day im going to get my money back i went into customer service at walmart! I briefly explained to this female worker what was going on and just want my money back cause it was mine! She listen, understood the distress in my eyes! She made a phone call and within 5 min she had my money ready to give back to me! I was so happy! Her name i believe was Zakiyya i believe she had a long line i believe and she took the time to take care of my problem! Now she is a valuble worker with great work ethics! True story great job! I hope someone from corperate reads this Zakkiyya i believe u deserve a huge pat on the back! Will i spend my money at Walmart. Anymore? The big NO!!

I wanted to buy a Christmas gift for the office christmas party. Found an air impact for 24.97 as marked on the shelf. Scanned it at the price check pillar and it came back as 74.97. I found a guy who works there. First he tells me that "oh well this isnt even my department". After I convince him to look into it for me he makes the determination that they are marked wrong and that it needs to get fixed urgently so that the store doesnt lose a whole bunch of money. Then I asked him does that mean if I would have made it up to the register I would have done it for the Lesser price of 24.97? He said yes. So he called another guy in to investigate that actually works in that department and they look some more at all the products on the Shelf and they find another half inch impact that is half the work and they decide oh well thats the difference and that the price is 74.97 for the one I had in my hands. So I walked all over the store after that and I noticed that there are several items all over the store on shelves that were even marked or marked incorrectly. Im probably not going to come back.

Daniel the asset protection manager who just landed his new title is an as* ho*e. I asked politely on boxes that I serve in the Navy and needed boxes to move. He told go buy some! There for sale! Looks at me at disgust and walks away! I walk the store and find boxes with who Deanna politely said you can have these I will scan them. His mad I dont have time angry approach explains his jailhouse tattoos on his arms. When I get dropped in ISIS territory I should drop him with me and maybe teach him that his rights on an ass are not what the armed forces gives him to live here. Well see him be an ass in war when hes running for life looking for an American soldier to save him. Instead he bullies customers in this Walmart who is a f**k*ng manager!!!!!! Explains why Walmart hires and promotes Daniel as an asset protection manager and everyone a customer or subordinate is bullied in this store. Rude manager in over his head

Went through about an hour of picking out various items for my new house only to come to the front and see that none of the check out lanes were open, as well the self check out was closed off for waxing. I tried to tell the customer service people several times that it was blocked off and they insisted that it was not and that I should go check out there. Eventually, I was tired of waiting and I undid one of the ties because I hadnt seen anyone waxing and to hell with it, upon going to check out the items a woman started to shout at me saying things like "Excuse me dont do that or ill be forced to ask you to leave" and "well you can leave your things here or else Ill call the police." This place is terrible. Filled with white trash employees.
