There is this guy who works there named Will and he is awesome! He helped me to get a bookshelf and load it in my car. He was very courteous and went above and beyond. The prices are spectacular at Big Lots. They have a nice selection of furniture, home decor, kitchenware, and patio furniture. The only departments that seem to be lacking are toys, electronics and food. Great store, they keep it clean and they are helpful.

A sharp corner was exposed in the store and as I was walking by it badly sliced my ankle. I let the assistant manager know about the dangerous shelf and he did not check on me to make sure I was okay or anything. Didnt even look at my ankle. Costumer service is seriously lacking. I wasnt mad, I just wanted to inform them to fix the corner but the asst manager was so rude about it.

Isnt it nice to go into a Big lots and have a good and relaxing time looking for and getting what you need? Staff is nice and laid back, the store is clean, the lines are never long, the service is great, and you can always count on this store to work with you on getting decent prices for furniture that you pay on and then take home when youre ready.

The store is clean, and organized for the most part. The staff wasnt super friendly, but acceptable for a low end retail store. Their prices were cheaper than the dollar general next door.

the Big Lots at 1201 Airport Fwy Euless, TX 76040 has been closed for over a year, there is no longer any trace of it. Hopefully it will be removed from Google Maps soon!! 4-20-2008
