My Faith in Humanity is Restored - My Name is Buddy Lovelace and my wife Tammy Lovelace is a stage 4-B cancer patient that drives from Denton, TX everyday to Fort Worth, TX for radiation and chemo treatments. We have been burden to say the least due to medical bills and the cost of life in general associated with living and trying to beat the demon that is cancer. We were planning on buying new tires for her truck on or around Christmas but unfortunately yesterday(11/14/13) one of her tires decided otherwise and the tread simply came off the tire. She called me and I find Discount tire on Google and send her there for either a used tire or have them put the spare on. She spoke with David Sanderson the Manager who happened to be a cancer survivor himself. His team had finish the truck and Mr. Sanderson told my wife that they would drive the truck around and she ask what she owed him and he replied "Nothing". They walk out together and as she is seeing the truck Mr. Sanderson says, "By the way, we put 4 NEW tires on your truck at no cost, pay it forward" Let me say it again, AT NO COST. This was unbelievably outstanding of David Sanderson & Discount Tire. If you or anyone needs tires or wheels shop HERE. Men and companys like this are few and far between these days.... Amazing!!!!!

If i could give a lower review solely on cust. Services i would! I ended up having a flat tire just needed air to get to a tire shop (which idk if youve ever put air in a tire takes 60 secs) which in all honesty they couldve let me do myself not rocket science but even though all bay doors were open they said since they closed at 6(which at the time when i went it was 6:15) they couldnt help me! An i get it u wanna get off go home your tryna finish up i completely understand! But i didnt need no longer than 60sec of time w a hungry 7 year old an 2 year old not like theyd have to waste the rest of the night there, dealing w extra paperwork or finding a tire, all that was needed was 60sec of time an alil human decency

Job well done. Chairs are super comfortable and the people are very professional. They were pretty busy in the morning, but still worked with the customers in a timely fashion. They told me it would take about 1 hour to finish my tires, but like I said the chairs are super comfortable. So the wait isnt bad. (I left to go get breakfast, but I was relaxed when I waited.) I can tell people keep coming back with good reason. Its clean, staff is friendly, and service is on spot. Thank you Joey and team!

I am a female, and I have been doing business with Discount Tire Company (DTC) for decades. I love that DTC inflates low tires, fixes flats and rotates tires for free. I have been to this location in Woodhaven on several occasions. They have fixed flats, rotated tires, and sold me new tires. The waits can be long, but the service is always friendly and reliable. They have always tried to get me the best deal on tires, and I have always come away satisfied.

Been here a few times. Bought 4 tires in 2014. Got my free tire rotation a month ago, after I realized all this time if you buy tires from there you get free rotation. Recently a tire went flat due to a road hazard (I am guessing). Went in, they quickly replaced the tire for free (just pay sales tax) since I had the Certificate of repair, replacement, etc. Only down side it is always so god awful hot in there, even in early March when I am writing this.

I came into store on July 5th on a donut spare. I explained toTaran that I had very limited funds. Taran assisted me with two used tires with a warranty. The tires had barely been used. Now I am able to safely drive my kids to sports practice. I do not have to be in fear of driving on Texas highways in 100 plus degree weather and having a major blow out. Thank you discount tire company.

Absolutely the worst Tire Service you can get. Twice I took my truck to this Discount Tire for rotation and balance first time they did not balance the tires just rotated 6 months later I drop my truck off for flat repair they rotated the right side tires balanced took off the left sides and put them right back on didnt balance didnt rotate. Terrible service

Been going there for years, good service, no hard sales tactics, and always a good job and a great warranty. They also did a good deed for me when I was unemployed, and I will never forget I was more than a customer that day. TODAY tow truck picked up my truck at four thirty...six pm drove off in my truck. AWESOME!

These guys are nice. They really take care of their customers. I love the discount tire polices where they take care of the communities with things like free air check and patch work. That really helps out for a single woman like me. Makes me feel better when my daughter starts to drive.

Horrible horrible they didnt inform me i was going to be waiting 2hrs 30 mins to get my tired fixed and yet alone I just literally saw this lady walk in with a nail in her tire and didnt take not even 15 mins really I am pretty sure there are 4 other in front of her with the same problem

I have never been inside as US Discount tire store in my life. However they tried to charge my credit card twice! The charge was disputed and they dropped the charge- but it makes you wonder if it is safe to use a credit card at their stores. I am still waiting for an apology from them.

I have only visited Discount Tire for tire rotation, air, and to remove a nail from my tire. On each occasion the workers have been professional, as prompt as possible, and fair on prices. I would highly recommend this location (Woodhaven).

Cant say enough about this place. I will never buy tires anywhere else. I dont see why people shop online... Their prices are the same and you get all the services for no extra charge. Its kinda obvious why we always buy tires here.

Ive been coming here for 3 years and all my experiences here have been good. My only issue is that the that the tires air valve tops sometimes are forgotten when Ive done my Tire rotations.

Had a flat and they flat out refused to either air it up or let me use it to air it up myself. I have spent over $2000 on tires but they lost my business over free air. Shame!
