Overall, some good and some bad aspects. My biggest complaint is that the store is too big for the ratio of how fast/frequent they turn the items over. It will require 3-4 hours to comb this giant store each time you go and this store turns over their items 100% every 7-10 days. Unless you live in the store (!), it is impossible to get to everything. I wish they would slow down their turn over, or maybe focus on different sections every week, staggering turn over, or something. Many items just dont get a look, a try on, a chance, etc before being booted right back out again. 2) They like to randomly engage in "perceived premium pricing", whereby a worn out, garrish garment with a brand name gets 25% higher pricing, and a brand-new, with tags item, current styling gets the normal pricing. And....the same brand and type of item can be 25% higher or normal priced based on who priced it that day bc they "perceived" a higher pricing value than somebody else with apples to apples garments. 3) Staff are hard to find but are usually helpful, patient and kind (Tammy is the most kind I have met). 4) The store could work on organization in SOME areas....specifically the coats, outwear, pjs and plus sections. But, other areas are organized, well maintained and clean. 5) For months now, half the dressing rooms have been closed off, meaning only 3 dressing rooms for the whole store and that means long wait times. 6) One particular manager likes to use the store announcement intercom as her own personal walkie-talkie to employees and it is constant overhead chirping with commands, requests, etc. It can be quite annoying. 7) Alot of times, a gentle request will yield an even better deal than the price tag states.

Overpriced and always a mess! Expect to spend at least one hour if you truly want to find something you might need. Sizes are always scattered and out of place, adding to the many, many different quality clothes that are never uniform in sizing. Expect to do a lot of digging! Very handy dressing rooms to make sure things fit. Double-check that items arent broken, cracked and are in working order before leaving the store. Staff is almost always courteous and available. If you smile and greet them, they will almost always be pleasant. Parking and loading quite easy and staff is almost always available to assist.

FYI, Donation Station at this location. Selection is OK (but can vary), staff is friendly (but we usually only deal with the cashiers), and the store is mostly maintained well (though the dressing rooms can get a bit messed up from time to time). I think its proximity to Mid-Cities Antique Mall definitely helps convince us to shop here more than we probably would, but its not a bad location and weve found some inexpensive treasures from time to time.

Stopped by today for some itens to complete a craft project i am working on. Disappointed in the inconsistency of pricing. I collect glass for yard art. Identical items sitting side by side on the same shelf were different prices. I understand that there r different sorters but i am sure there r guidelines. Perhaps managrment needs to do better following up. Today my cart was only half full when i was prepared to purchase a full cart. Thank u .

Cant get past ever tHing is donated and mark higher jeans for 7.99 can get new pair at walmart for $10.00 some stores and I know they have a overhead but even some of the workers are volunteers are doing community service . And goodwell is to help people and with the economy as bad as it is . Lady needed a outfit for her job and 50 $ shouldnt this high needs to be prices cheaper.

Needs to be cleaned and the service sucks. The cashier was the only one there with any manners. And there are several safety hazards throughout the store. Such as clothes and hangers all over the floors. Dressing rooms full of clothes. Needs to be better organized and I almost cut my hand on a piece of broken glass looking at picture frames.

Not my favorite thrift store, but not the worst either. Always clean and neat, but the selection is rarely what Im looking for and they have very little in the way of toys. A little more expensive than other thrift stores in the area too. Sometimes I will find something here worth the higher ticket price, but not usually.

First off, everything at Goodwill is over priced. Second, the staff here is not very friendly. Also, the place is somewhat disorganized and unwelcoming. There is not a good enough selection of anything to make it worth our while. They do have a large clothing section, but is overpriced and very crowded.

If you love to find a bargain, this is one of the best Goodwills I have ever been to! It is huge with a separate furniture section, lots of clothes, household goods, books, etc. I have found lots of treasures here and the 50% Wednesdays every month are the BEST!!!

Took donation boxes to drive thru. They asked what was inside. Started to tell them. They said, "well probably just throw it away " except for clothes. Took the items to another location. Ive gone to this store for years, never again.

Great place to shop for all kinds of styles at great reasonable price and friendly service.. I only put four stars because this place has just two fitting rooms and you have to wait your turn for room and no sitting chairs to try on shoes

Goodwill is a great place to get costumes, but it can get pretty expensive, so go here when there’s a sale! There’s also a donation center here too.

Goodwill gets everything donated to them and then turn around and over price everything.Stuff here you can buy at Wal-Mart for less.
