Such a fun store! Too bad the evening manager, Tony, has horrible customer service skills or I wouldnt be here writing about our experience. My husband and I went to this store last night to pickup a couple of car chargers and a small waste basket. We knew it would be a quick stop, we arrived at around 8:45 pm and got most of what we needed, we were just looking for the waste basket. It wasnt even 9 pm yet and he begins to ask us to check out because they are closing soon and asked if he could help us find something, we tell him what we need but he dismisses us telling us he is not sure and all we have is right "there" leaving us to find it, no problem. We kept looking and he comes back literally about 3 minutes later and lets us know we have to check out, he is closing the store, still not 9 pm. We say forget it and decide to check out while he follows us to the front, while we check out he is holding the door open for us. Ive worked retail for many years so I know how it is but companies I have worked for would NEVER tells us to do the things he did. He was rude and not willing to truly help whatsoever. NOT the type of person anyone should want to hire or manage a store that thrives on what based on the reviews is supposed to be great customer service along with great prices. This will not keep me from going back to this location but hopefully next time I go this guy wont be there. He sucks as a manager and if he doesnt like his job, he should find something else.

Ive always loved shopping at five below i love the prices snd the guality is excellent i dont know where that guy got off calling their things cheap china crap ive never had to return anything and after i check out and they tell me my total thats the best feeling ever to know you got a basket full of stuff and still enough in youre pocket for lunch !! Or to shop more!! The perfect place fot christmas gifts and one gift wont cost an arm or a leg!! I just love the place i dont undetstsnd why anyone wouldnt just love it!!

Love Five Below in Hurst, TX. The staff is awesome, nice, attentive, and helpful. Love Birthday or Christmas shopping. Specially with young kidos, its awesome to take them and buy a toy or what not. Which wont cost as much as if you go to another store.

This place always makes me feel like a tween again when I walk in, and I love it. I buy kid birthday gifts here, sunglasses, t-shirts, candy, and other frivolous little things. Way trendier than average dollar stores.
