I used to frequent this location until one night when I was actually harassed, threatened, and made to leave by an employee and manager that wouldnt even tell me their names so I couldnt file a complaint. The self checkout machine ate $12 of my money, so I asked someone for help. She gave me $2 back and pocketed the $10 bill. I demanded to see the camera footage to prove that I did put a $10 bill in. She walked away to "look at the camera" and never came back for 45 minutes. After asking another employee to call her back, she came back with a manager and they were both incredibly rude and degrading. When I asked if shed looked at the camera, she just scoffed and laughed. I was shocked. I calmly explained that I just wanted to buy my stuff or get my money back and leave, and they refused. I decided $10 wasnt worth the time and effort to argue with these people and just asked for their names so I could deal with it in the morning. They refused to give me their names and werent wearing name tags, so I gave up and left. Any time I tried to call and complain, I never got anywhere. Absolutely appalling experience.

This walmart is not very great.they have rely bad service.and very low selections comparing to any others but the reason for one star is mostly for the service.went there to buy 15 lemons for my work and since thats the only thing I had i went through self check out no to mention usually thats the only check out is open.but I paid for the lemons .as soon i got my receipt I was approached by one of the worker and she told that she thinks i have more lemons than 15.i told her why would she think that.she just stared reaching in my bag which I had already paid for and started counting.i told her to call her manager over because i know unless I had double the amount or some huge difference .there is no way to tell.counted infront of the manager it came our to be 15.i did not appreciate this purple headed lady to come over with an attitude and treat me like i am thief. This walmart really needs to step thier game on service because most of the time .the way they act is like they are doing you a favor.wow

Horrible! ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE ZERO OR NEGATIVE RATING..... I spent $500 for glasses. From day one the left ear piece has been ridiculously loose. It has fallen off twice. I have taken them in 3 times and they do nothing to fix the problem. They tighten the screw and it still wiggles, you can move it up and down over a 1/4" of an inch. I have wasted so much time with trying to get it fixed. Typical Walmart business, they got the money so no need to worry about the customer being satisfied. One would think there would be some customer service what you make a $500 purchase.This eexperience has set me on a path to never spend another penny in a Walmart. Has been the most frustrating experience I have had with a product that I need daily. The real shame is no one at Walmart will read this and more sad is that if they did read it they wouldnt care.

Im not a big fan of WalMart in general, but this store is a good one. I really love the curbside pick-up. No standing in line! No finding an open checkout line! Now, if you could pick up your prescriptions without getting out of your car, Id really like it. This store has some fun plants, sometimes, like the variegated lemon tree I bought last year that makes pink striped lemons. And the little bonsai tree I bought that was half price. Also, you can find half price deli meats and sandwiches, and focaccia buns on their half price bread cart. Its a big store and you have to walk all the way to the back to get your milk, but thats typical WalMart. It is kind of fun that WalMart carries Pioneer Woman merchandise, which I do really like.

I am sincerely sad that we are forced to at least give one star to this BS of a grocery store and more importantly BS shell of a Walmart. Walmarts are supposed to be open 24 hours are they not? This one had half of the store closed down tonight by 10:00 this is ridiculous, they would not let you purchase anything that was in the closed off area. I came to this place so late at night because I knew they would be open sadly I was mistaken again if I could give this place 0 stars I would, sadly you get one undeserved star. Corporate needs to come an do an audit on this place immediately.... totally Absurd.

I was there at the tail end of the "run" at your store in Grapevine, Texas, following the crash of the EBT food stamp program. Thank you Walmart for your professionalism and your kindness. You knew you there was the potential of being taken advantage of with the food stamp overdrafts, and yet you put the families in need first, over the people who were being stupid. I will go shopping with you again. Thanks. (from a mom who has not been on food stamps, but who is thankful for programs that are available to families in need)

This Walmart is relatively new and still somewhat clean. Employees are busy but friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are perpetually unkempt and appears to be a Walmart trait that worsens with a stores age. They need to hire Targets Talented Team of Toilet Tenders to learn how to improve sanitation in all their stores. Prices are Walmart competitive and their Price match program is unparalleled. Bakery is not on a par with Kroger or Albertsons. No butcher or fishmonger on premises is also a drawback.

If i could rate no stars i would! Reggie the assistant manager in the automotive department is rude,confrontational, and very unprofessional. He argued with us! He should seriously be fired. He wouldnt even assist us at first and he wouldnt even talk to the other walmart on the phone so that he could help me with my issue. Even the other walmart on the phone told me to get the store manager. So when i asked to speak to the store manager he said "hes at lunch" and he tried to dismiss us. So rude!

I was told I needed a new battery by an auto repair shop. I went to the garage at Wal-Mart and the attendant there offered to do a test for free to ensure I really did need a battery. He showed me that the battery was in very good condition and I did not in fact need a battery at that time. He could have easily taken advantage of me and just taken my word for it. I appreciate the honesty and very friendly staff!! Thank you!

Normally I have a great experience at this location, but for the last 2 weeks in a row I have been double charged on more than one item. Each time I have to wait in the customer service line, which is long and slow, to get a refund on my credit card, which takes up to a week for the credit to show up. Very frustrated! I hope this is resolved soon or I will go elsewhere.

Well, this place must have a high rate of theft, because I checked out myself and the whole entire time I was being watched and monitored by a employee. This makes a person very uncomfortable and less likely to shop at a store when their suspicious of black people. I gave her no reason to stand approx 10 feet away. This just show me this store has a major theft record.
