Unbelievable experience! I went to several of the top rated jewelry stores in the Columbus area, and although they had much to offer, CJ was hands down the best. When you walk in and sit down with this wonderful family, you’ll immediately feel at home. They are not pushy at all and are truly focused on finding you the perfect ring while respecting your budget. On my first visit, I knew CJ would be my last stop. Sylvia was phenomenal. I showed her what I was looking for and my price range, and she went to work. She brought in several diamonds and settings just for me and didn’t charge me a dime or ask for any sort of “payment commitment.” The options she brought in were spot on. It was a tough decision, but I finally picked out the rock and setting I wanted. Three weeks later, the ring came in and it was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Stunning! And, thousands cheaper than all the other guys! I just proposed to my now fiancée this past weekend and she has not stopped looking at her ring since. Everyone we see drools over it. She probably would have said yes even if she didn’t love me lol. Bottom line, there’s some great jewelry stores out there, but this one is on a different level. You will not find better customer service, selection, price etc. No matter what the occasion is make sure you check this place out! Thanks Carioti Family!!

Im glad Carioti Jewelers was recommended by my fiances parents. Wed been to the bigger stores, but didnt find anything we loved within our budget. As soon as we walked into Carioti and started talking to John, I knew we would be doing our business with them. He helped my fiance find the perfect engagement ring. He even ordered in a few rings that werent in the store so she could look at all of her options in person. She ended up with a great ring. I went back a few days later to choose a diamond. Within a few minutes, John helped me pick out the perfect diamond. I told him what my budget was, and he was very respectful about not trying to over sell me. She absolutely loved the ring, and received many compliments from friends and family. We just went back for our wedding bands, and it was the same great experience. We ended up spending a good deal less than we anticipated. We got great service again, and the process was a breeze. I HIGHLY recommend Carioti Jewelers. The store is centrally located and easy to get to (near Columbus State). We were treated very well throughout the whole process. We went to some of the bigger diamond stores, and I just felt like I was getting a sales pitch. I find myself recommending Carioti Jewelers whenever I hear of someone else going through the ring shopping process.

I can not say enough great things about this place! After going to probably 10 different jewelry stores and never really feeling comfortable and still feeling that I havent found the ring for me, I heard of Carioti Jewelers through someone I work with and decided to give it a try. From the greeting when I walked in, to the time of making my final decision, I have never felt more comfortable in a jewelry store. I mostly dealt with Chris who made the experience even better. He sits down and takes time to EDUCATE you on the diamonds and makes sure you understand the process and what you are buying. Very laid back and easy going, I trusted him and what he was telling me and I NEVER put trust in any of the other Jewelers I met at the other places. I am such a picky person and Chris was very patient with me and was never pushy. He helped me find the most beautiful ring for me! I will never go to another jewelry store again!

What a great group of people to work with! I wanted a very special piece of jewelry for my fiance and had been quoted a price by a leading retailer at Easton that was sky high. Luckily I called and spoke to Carioti Jewelers because I ended up with an even better looking ring and bands because Sylvia is so creative! The new ring she helped us design (taking into account our specific tastes) is AMAZING!!! Breathtaking. But guess what? No sky high price--the better set with ONE CARAT MORE than the Easton retailer WAS LESS THAN HALF THE COST. They are so easy to work with and they put their efforts into their customers and quality jewelry at very very reasonable prices. Love these jewelers!! If you want the best jewelry buying experience without retail prices Carioti is the way to go.

CJ is the best jewelry store. I went to a few jewelry stores and looked at a few options and none of them felt right. Every ring looked like something on a commercial or a ring that someone else I knew had. I wanted something special for my bride. I scheduled a meeting with Chris from CJ. We sat down and went over every single detail to picking out a ring and once he received my feedback. Chris showed me a few options and then he showed me a stone that was so perfect. I was scared about the price but then he showed it to me and I was shocked. I saw rings twice that price that he showed me and they didn’t even compare. My bride is extremely happy and I owe it all to CJ and Chris. I feel blessed that I was able to find them.

We visited Carioti a week ago to see about costs to restore my grandmothers wedding ring. Chris helped us and advised they could size the ring up from 5 to 7.5 without disturbing the setting, clean, replace & secure any loose settings while quite possibly returning it the same day (anticipating my anxiety at leaving a cherished family heirloom). They did have it back same day, beat competitors rates and returned an absolutely breathtaking engagement ring!! Both my fiance and I were thrilled and experienced such wonderful customer service we will be back for our wedding bands when the time comes and perhaps some Christmas shopping before....

Make this place your first and only stop for engagement rings!! I cant thank Sylvia enough for all of her help and time spent helping me find exactly what I wantes. She seemed as excited and determined to find the right stone for my fiancé as I was. But the best part of buying from Carioca jewlery is that they have loose stone to look at, you find the perfect diamond and then they create the ring for you. It meant so much more to my Fiancé that I have the ring made for her, instead of just buying if out of a show care. For the best quality, price and satisfaction they are the best.

My fiance and I brought in two rings that belonged to my grandmother and was looking to get a quote for a custom piece. These guys were super friendly and completely honest with us. The quote they gave us was $750 less then a quote we were given earlier that day buy a jeweler in Upper Arlington. We ended up buying another ring there that went perfectly with my grandmothers ring. They had both rings sized and polished in 2 days. I just cant believe how reasonable their prices are and what great customer service you receive here!!! I will definitely be a customer for life!
