I have been a customer here for years, I had stumbled into the store a bit accidentally we didnt really know what it was but at the time they had been across from the bus station next to the antique store. On this particular day it was very cold outside and I had my rats with me. Not many people would be so understanding to have a random person stumble in carrying a bunch of rats Lol. However the staff and owner of the store where beyond amazing and understanding entirely helpful, we wound up buying and putting things on layaway from 360s to a PS3 to a point then when I was getting engaged I couldnt think of a better store or better people to share that experience with so I proposed in the store to my fiancee at the time. The people who work here are entirely trustworthy, absolutely amazing, very kind, caring understanding and honest. I love this store and hope to continue to have many future purchases which I am sure I will.

Jonathan is not accurate. A very nice young man came in and sold a ring and ASKED for 900.00. We purchased it. We buy jewelry every day. The seller signs a paper indicating it is theirs to sell. There are laws in place that we abide by. I have been in business for over 16 years following the law. This young man was a friend of their son. He is accurate in that the ring was still in the safe and not out for sale because I did have some concerns. By law 15 days after we purchase jewelry, it can be sold. I had it for months just in case as it was a big ring. Any other store would have sold it immediately. He is lucky to have gotten it back. He should be thankful. Also this story is from years ago. Not many people are as lucky as he.

Some may have had a good experience here but I most certainly did not. The older crazy blonde woman (maybe the owner) doesnt care about helping find you the right item or the perfect gift. She only cares about making a sell. Understandable... its a business, but itd be nice to have compassion. She couldnt care less if she cheats you out of $400. Trust me, I know. I dont recommend this place.

We had trouble when purchasing an item to find out it they had brought $20,000 ring for $900. Then claimed they did not know it was stolen. Saying they just got a good deal. Police took the ring. While standing there waiting with the police another customer came in claiming they had his stolen goods.

Love this jewelry store. I have purchased several items from here, and I am going back for more. I even purchased jewelry to bring to Italy for presents. I buy items for myself and as presents. I also select items I like and they are good to remember me and tell my husband.
