Someone recommended this place to me. The owner was not polite until I mentioned the reference name. I was referred there to have a loose diamond set. Because I went I took other jewelry to be repaired. I was told that the total would be $125. I picked my jewelry up and three hours later my diamond was lost, as it had never been repaired!! The other set fell down the sink while washing my hands later that evening. Needless to say the owner would Not take responcibility for not performing the work I had asked him to do. Instead he told me that that would have costed me $150. I would have rather paid that and had my diamond than to have the band repaired and now the diamond is gone all because "Avi" is rude and did not do the work I asked him to do because he does not listen!!!

Terrible customer service. If youre considering buying a nice piece of jewlery, I recommend going anywhere else before dealing with such disrespectful staff.
