Absolutely awful experience. My fiancé and I went to this location to purchase wedding bands and were first helped by one woman, who was friendly enough. As we began looking through rings, the associate suddenly pulled another associate in and disappeared without explanation. Which means we then had to go over all of our preferences again. Not a huge deal but not very professional. The second associate who helped us was really nice, very courteous and worked with us to keep the total within our budget - that is, until we said that we would like to discuss everything over a meal and then come back in an hour or two to make the purchase, as we missed lunch while we were at the store. Truthfully, we were hungry and wanted to move money over from our savings account to our checking and then return. As soon as the nice (second) associate heard that, she became much more aggressive and accusatory, not a good look for retail. We were then tag-teamed by 2 additional employees (including the first woman who had suddenly reappeared) and they were all increasingly aggressive and rude to us. The way not one, not two but three of the employees acted toward us is exactly why we left and drove straight to Diamond Cellar, where we purchased rings and had an excellent experience.

Sales person was nice and helpful while trying to order an engraving for my wifes wedding band. He went back and forth between me and the head of their jewelry shop to make sure what I wanted could and would be done. Time frame for the engraving was very acceptable and completed on time. Picked up the ring and found is was nothing like we discussed and come to find out they could not do as promised. Inscription was so small i could barely see it. Girl told me she could read it fine. Not as disappointed in the poor job as i was in not being contacted on the changes being made. Ended up having them buff out the ring and got the wife a different gift. Another issue was resizing my tungsten ring. Took longer than they said and ring came back the same size. People were nice but service was not worth the time.

Not only were they incredibly slow and unhelpful, they miss sized my engagement ring two different times. Instead of going down a size they took it up two sizes, then had the never to tell me it was all in my head I would get used to it. When I called in to speak to Alisha and ask for the store manager she said the store manager was on vaca thru the end of the month. I explained to her my experience and come to find out she was the same girl that told me I would get used to the ring size. I told her again it was too large and she said it must of been a miscommunication between me and the jeweler, and that she didnt have time to continue to argue with me. Long story short this store is incredibly useless...I will only shop at their Polaris location going forward.

Bought my fiances engagement ring here. They are willing to negotiate price, ship diamonds in, work with you on financing...etc. Great experience overall. I made 4 visits here, about an hour or more a piece. Walked through many different cuts and settings. Narrowed it down, talked price....negotiated price....and walked out with something of beauty and value. I felt Like I won...and my girl loved showing her hand to the other ladies at her office.... No one likes shopping for gems and bling....you feel over priced, pushed, materialistic.....might as well get to negotiate and talk through it.

Bought 3 rings. 2 were wedding Bands and one had to be a size 8 - so they ordered it. When we went to pick it up they wanted to charge us a $50 sizing charge - something they had not changed on the other rings and we had never heard of before this visit. We were then informed that they should have charged us before and acted like we were going to have those changes adde to our bill. Seriously? We left with out the ring and the 6 - $80 bridegroom gifts - so they saved themselves $50 and lost over $600 in sales.

Its hit or miss depending on who is helping you. We are low-budget and want to see things within a set range, some staff will try steering you to expensive stuff and push credit as they make commission. I have had 2 good experiences with staff willing to take the time to show us what we really wanted, both ended in sales an me coming back. The pushier sales staff ended with me walking out mid conversation...
