I purchased my engagement ring from her in 2014 and it was a fine experience. No trouble or hassle. When it was time to get my wedding band there has been nothing but miscommunication and no explanation as to why it is taking twice as long as I was promised to get both my engagement ring and wedding band back. Each step of this process has taken longer than promised each time. Then I called to check on my rings and was told there was an issue and set the schedule back 2.5 weeks. I was never once contacted about this issue or when the new date is. My wedding is in 53 days! i dont have either ring and they havent even apologized for this mess that they created.

Very great experience. Very friendly staff, Had a nice gentleman help me find a ring for my boyfriend, they had an awesome selection, as compared to other jewelry stores I looked at before. Got a white gold/ black diamond ring, price was in my spending range. Was ready in two weeks, had to have it resized but that took less time then expected. Loved my experience with them and would definitely recommend!

Extremely rude, the manager Goldman, raised his voice at us and would not let us talk to him. Waited for over an hour before someone acknowledged us and keep on getting interrupted in the mean time. Completely dissatisfied with the service. Why do managers at Kay jewerlers think they are Gods? If it wasnt for us clients you wouldnt have a JOB dont ever forget that.

Really bad customer service. We went there to pick up our ring and were standing in a queue for a sales person but nobody showed up for more than 30 mins and there were around 4 more people in the queue. All of the customers were frustrated. They need to learn how to take care of existing customer with focusing on new customers.

People are very friendly but the jewelry sucks. I have had my engagement ring for a little over a year and its been in the shop 9 times and replaced it 3 times. Its more in the shop than on my finger. Got married in August both of our band have already been in the shop cause of losing stones.

Bought all my jewelry here, including lifetime warranties. I get all the cleanings and inspections as recommended, but when they loose my anniversary band and cannot find it when sent in for warranty work, they mke excuse after excuse. Should have just gone to a real jewelry store!
