I cannot say enough good things about Dearborn Jewelers of Plymouth. The staff is extremely knowledgable about all their products and is not pushy at all. I frequently go here to look at engagement rings and they are always more than willing to let you try them on and explain the different styles/cuts, etc. They are amazing at custom jewelry as well. If you have a bracelet thats too big, they can take the extra gems/stones/jewels and turn it into a necklace or earrings. My sister had my grandmas tennis bracelet made smaller and turned into a pendant necklace and set of stud earrings. My boyfriend had a necklace made for me from a bracelet about a year ago. The chain he picked was a bit short for my liking, so I didnt wear the necklace as much as I would like. However, I went to get a longer chain yesterday and they were so kind they exchanged the previously purchased necklace for a longer one at no charge. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding. Again, Id HIGHLY recommend Dearborn Jewelers to anyone in the area looking for jewelry.

I went in with my fiancee to find an engagement ring and I could not be more happy with our experience. We wanted something a little bit "alternative" (read: no diamonds) and the saleswoman was extremely helpful. In fact, by suggesting a garnet when we were looking at rubies she probably brought the price down on her commission. We ended up getting a really nice ring at a fantastically reasonable price without feeling pressured to buy huge diamonds. She even managed to keep up with me when I started nerding out about metallurgical processes for exotic metal rings and minerology. They even work with someone who can get rough gems if thats your thing (its mine). The turnaround time for sizing the ring was less than 24 hours because they do everything in-house, the shop itself is decorated with an appropriately ritzy feel (I wanted my fiancee to feel like she was getting spoiled, dont you?) and I even get to feel good about shopping at a local business. Highly recommended for anyone.

I could not be more happy with our interactions with Dearborn Jewelers. My fiancée purchased my engagement ring there and it is absolutely beautiful and so unique. We did look at other stores in the past, but I never felt pressured to purchase anything here like we had at the other places. Plus, they were willing to sit down and explain the different types of diamonds and settings, helping to educate us more, because lets be honest, we both had never looked at a piece of jewelry of this caliber before. I recently had a bracket on my watch repaired. Not only was service fast and inexpensive ($10) but they went above and beyond. I picked up a repaired watch that was sparkling clean. They also made a small repair to the watch (that hadnt bothered me enough to have fixed) and set the date (which I had never understood how to set) all without me even requesting it. I appreciate businesses that do the extra things and provide quality services so I wanted to review Dearborn Jewelers since I am very impressed with how they do business.

Dearborn Jewelers is the only jeweler I trust; they give the high quality personalized service and have a beautiful selection. They reset the diamonds from my grandmothers 25th anniversary ring and into my wedding band. I also wanted to integrate the center stone from that ring and Nick suggested adding to my diamond heart pendant (graduation gift) that I purchased there.
