RUDE and SARCASTIC OWNER! Low stock! Stay clear! My fiancé and I went into this store looking for an engagement ring but was unsure as to what type of stone/s we wanted. The owner was extremely rude and made sarcastic remarks each time we spoke. It was upsetting since there was no reason for it. We walked in positive and happy and ready to shop. They had a very SMALL STOCK OF MERCHANDISE. We wanted to see some pink sapphires which they did not stock and was told that we would have to purchase them before seeing them. Really? Other jewelers don’t do that. The owner said, “They will be pink. You will like them. But you need to pay for them before we can order them in.” Not true. He was just indifferent and being a real jerk. Other jewelers don’t make you pay, so avoid this scammer and the hassle by avoiding this store. This owner clearly does NOT like special ordering or catering to the needs of the customer. You think he would welcome a customer as we were the only ones in the store. He looked bored and disinterested and made numerous snide remarks toward us which we tried to ignore since we did not want this special time ruined. But it was ruined because of him. Don’t let this rude owner ruin this very special time in choosing an engagement ring; there are SO many pleasant merchants out there, that are willing to work with you.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I called the store a week before stopping in with an idea of what I was interested in, but not limited to. The lady who I spoke with said that the diamond shape I was looking for (Oval) was unique, but that it would still be possible to get in some loose stones to look at. I walked into this beautiful jewelry store, excited to look and try on rings. That didn’t happen…. I was hardly acknowledged when we walked in, then the lady who I actually spoke with greeted me, but couldnt remember my name and then to make matters worse- she said that my information must have been thrown away. I decided to look beyond the rude initial visit and look at some semi mounts and solitaries. Our budget was small $3500, but nothing to sneeze at either… she literally couldnt find us anything to look at-even though I continually assured her that I was just browsing and open to suggestions- TERRIBLE first time experience- I dont recommend going here if you or your soon to be are excited about ring shopping

I purchased an engagement ring from here. From the proposal, reaction from my fiance and her friends and family, to the continued joy it gives my fiance is everything I hoped it would be. If youre looking for a ring, ask for KC. KC was a pleasure to work with as he helped me customize a beautiful piece of jewelry. His knowledge and kindness are greatly appreciated and will be remembered.

They go out of their way to find you exactly what you want and if they do not have it, they will find it for you! Beautiful store and knowledgeable staff to assist you.

Needed a watch repair. They fixed my less than elegant timepiece on the spot, were quite friendly, and did not attempt to upsell me in any way. Their selection is quite beautiful. Many high end watch brands available as well as custom jewelry.
