My wife and I worked with Bobby exclusively on designing a engagement and wedding ring for a secret proposal for my now wife.(she said yes!) My wife really wanted to use a diamond from her grandmothers ring she had left her when she passed. Bobby was phenomenal in his expertise and customer service. He designed a beautiful set of rings for my wife from scratch using the diamond she really wanted in her wedding ring. I am in sales and customer service and was blown away by how much Bobby cared about making this ring as perfect and special as possible for my wife. Not only did we give Bobby a tall order when it came to designing the ring my wife wanted but we also had a timeframe to work with as I had planned a trip for us so that I could propose to her. Not only did Bobby absolutely exceed our expectations, he did it in great time without sacrificing quality. Bobby is a genuine, caring, and wonderful person who loves what he does, and cares about every customer. I can still call in and ask for bobby and he knows me by name after almost a year. I feel like the jewelry business can be deceptive and dishonest only looking to turn the biggest profit, Bobby and Golden Gifts Jewelry completely erased my poor previous experiences in other jewelry stores with absolutely some of the best customer service I have ever seen and on top of that provides a incredible product and service at a very reasonable price. Look no further when it comes to anything jewelry related. There is no reason to shop anywhere but Golden Gifts Jewelry, and make sure you ask for Bobby to see what I am talking about. He truly is a master of his craft and an all around great person. It was a privilege working with him and Golden Gifts and I most certainly will always use them for any of my jewelry needs!!!!!! They are an amazing company! I have been shopping there for years for Christmas and Birthday gifts. Their Pandora collection is amazing. They have gone above and beyond the expectations of customer service. I had a situation where they had every right to say their hands are tied and told me good luck. Instead, Bob, went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and my situation was resolved. To further explain, a gift given to me by my grandmother 2 years ago broke. When I called the brand store that it came from, it took over a month and a half for them to respond, and in that time my gift had been thrown out. The only way I could replace it was by finding the receipt from 2 years ago. When I called Golden Gift to see if I could retrieve the receipt, they told me not to worry and they would take care of it. Im deeply relieved that they were able to replace this gift with no hassle. Ill forever be grateful, and a loyal customer.

Lost a lot of tears over this place. Disappointed to say the least! First impressions are deceptive. Cracked my diamond, & after turning in a 16 inch chain I got back a cheap 20 inch chain with complete different clasp... Wow!! People get a receipt of the your belongings with detailed description.SAD
