Not even worth one star honestly. If you go there just to buy something, they all fall at your feet like youre some royalty but if you go to exchange that same thing, they give you the biggest attitude Ive ever seen and disregard you altogether. Its not my fault that the lady who sold me the gold ring failed to inform me that the ring is broken. One of the leaves on the design has broken off and when I informed them theyre like oh well. They dont even care, theyll put that same item back on display to fool yet another customer. Well, the guy was trying to rip me off by selling me another ring with same weight and worth, but trying to sell it to me for higher price. Making up excuses about how it doesnt matter if its heavier or more gold they randomly choose the prices. My ass. Never going back there again and they just lost all my family and friends as customers too and hope you wont make the same mistake I did by going there.

Its a nice jewelry store. Kind of expensive but the prices are fair.
