Fiance bought an engagement ring here several months ago. Its one of the designer brands, and the sales lady insisted that there are never negotiations on price. In the mail today we get a flyer for some afternoon sales event where the ring will be 20% off. I understand designer apparel coming at a premium, but to say they never go on sale/work with pricing was deceptive. He reports they were pushy when he went in on his own and only wanted to buy the setting and not a diamond, and when he told them I didnt want a diamond he got the "every girl wants a diamond, shes testing you, dont you care about her" crap. Im giving it three stars because they were nice when both of us went in, the store was clean, and the quality of the pieces was higher than a Zales or something.

This was the best experience Ive ever had with a jewelry store. Jennifer (store manager and my sales associate) made me feel special without pressuring for any kind of purchase. She simply tried to find out what my interest was and expose me to the options and what to look for to make an intelligent and informed purchase. She had multiple diamonds ordered for me to consider for my ring and never made me feel obligated. She was very competitive in price and they mounted and delivered an amazing engagement ring with a very quick turnaround. Working with Jennifer was great as she was both accommodating and enjoyable to deal with. I recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing jewelry with enthusiasm !!

Orin Jewelers is a fantastic gem in downtown Northville. Im always impressed with the great customer service. Also, this is the place to get your ears pierced! Forget the place at the mall. My daughter had excellent customer service and the staff made it a great experience. I totally recommended Orin.

Amazing service and unbeatable prices! I took one watch in to get sized and another to see about buying a new band - we had been told by a couple of chain stores that the current band was "un-fixable". Well, in a just a few minutes, the band was fixed and looked like it had never been broken.
