The quality and service of 14 Karat Jewelers is exceptional to say the least. 14 Karat Jewelers spent countless hours working with me to help find the perfect ring for my fiancé. Victor’s custom creations are truly a work of art to which I’ve never seen any other rings come close to Victor’s craftsmanship. I was recommended by a friend to visit 14 Karat Jewelers and it was the best decision I made to purchase my ring there! I have also recommended 14 Karat Jewelers to my friends and relatives and everyone has had a positive experience. I went in to 14 Karat Jeweler’s in search of a ring but ended up finding the hidden gem of Livonia (no pun intended). 14k Jewelers is definitely worthy of a 5 star review. I was looking at engagement rings and the owner, Victor, helped me through the process and explained just about everything to me. When he learned I was a student, he told me he could help with the cost of the ring, and I ended up getting a beautiful one for much less than it is likely worth. He also did a beautiful job resizing the ring for my fiance as well. Wonderful place!

I went in for watch batteries. The woman took them, walked to the back and returned 15-20 minutes later. The only words exchanged was "21.50". Another personnel was very rude to a young woman who came in to sell some jewelry. Perhaps I was not spending thousands of dollars but rudeness is not necessary.

If you need something more than someone who puts a stone in a prong, you should definitely go here. I came here for a bezel and mixed-metal soldering (rose gold and platinum, which is one of the hardest things a jeweler can do) and it worked out great.
