Long story short... dont buy anything from here. My fiancé purchased my very expensive engagement ring from zales and we were beyond disappointed. I had a halo style ring and in less than a month it was missing 3 diamonds, thank goodness we purchased the warranty. So I took it back they assured me that the ring had been inspected and I would not have a problem in the future. (this ring was just about $2000) This happened twice more, every time they said the same thing that it was fixed and I should not have a problem. Again more diamonds fell out so they ordered me a new ring, the manager did not even inspect it before I came in to pick it up and it already had diamonds missing. I asked for a new ring of a different style which they would not allow me to have because it cost slightly more than the ring I had purchased. I finally spoke with the district manager over the phone after trying to contact him for over a month and he did not say anything more than Im sorry. (this all happened within less than 4 months) I spent countless hours on hold trying to contact someone who cared which never happened, and I spent a lot of time and money traveling to and from the store for the several repairs needed. I returned the ring. Getting engaged is normally a happy fun experience for most couples but because we purchased a ring from zales our experience was not a positive experience at all. I would highly suggest purchasing jewelry anywhere else but here so you dont end up as disappointed as I did.

My boyfriend got me a beautiful diamond necklace from here for our anniversary. About a month and a half later the chain broke so I took it in. I was told it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and I called and was told the guy hadnt even began fixing it and it would be a few more days. I finally received it a week later. And they had just replaced the chain which was much thicker and longer than before, which made the necklace look weird. Not even month later a small part of the chain broke and was digging into my neck and some of the diamonds had fallen out. So when he took it back in they said they would just reorder a whole new necklace and it would be in within 2 weeks. Again, it has been almost a month and still no necklace. I am so disappointed because it is such a beautiful necklace but theyve had it much longer than Ive actually gotten to wear it. I would most definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. For any reason. The quality is beyond poor, but if you do for some reason decide to get something from here make sure you get the lifetime warranty because you will definitely need it.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings 1 year ago, we even bought the diamond guarantee for my engagement ring for a piece of mind. I took it to have it cleaned and one of the baguettes fell out while they were cleaning it, of course they replaced the ring that day, which made me happy. But now another diamond fell out of it and I called to see if I needed to set up an appointment to take it in to have it fixed, thats when they told me if I missed any of my diamond inspections ( I missed only 1) that my ring is not covered and that I would have to pay to have the diamond replaced. I am sorry but I think If you pay for the Diamond guarantee then the ring should be covered , if not, I would like the money we spent on the insurance back. I will never ever recommend Zales to anyone!!!

This place is a joke, and should be rated negative stars. We went here to get my fiancés wedding ring and they were trying to force us into only shipping it to the store. Finally they moved past this and said they would give us the sku to order this online at home. We went home later that night and the sky didnt work... go figure. We went back to the store the next day and the lady asked us after weve been waiting for thirty minutes, to come back so she could help other people... ARE YOU SERIOUS?! My business to them didnt matter and they made that clear, please dont make the mistake by coming here and receiving the worst customer service! They continued to try and not please you, what company does this? Save your time and go to another company.

I went to put my fiancés ring in layaway almost 4-5 months ago and when I went to pay on it they had out the ring back stating that I havent made a payment. This is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life!!!!!!!!!!
