Worst shopping experience of my life! I have never before been treated so horribly by associates or an assistant manager! A week after buying a bracelet which had been briefly tried on in store and again at home I decided to take it back to the store to ask what I could do about the clasps on it (exchange, buy new ones, return the bracelet etc) that dug into my wrist when trying it on, making it painful and unpleasant to wear (found out later from another store location that the reason for the clasps digging in to my wrist was that the original associate from this location sold me the wrong size bracelet). I explained my problem to the associate (who said nothing), who the got the assistant manager that came over and immediately said "we wont accept the return or exchange" and practically shood me out the door! I hadnt even asked for either yet! I was simply trying to see other options, whether that meant buying new clasps or in worst case, exchanging for a different bracelet / clasps. The point is, they were rude, condescending, and I will absolutely NEVER shop at this location ever again and I will also be telling every person I know not to shop there as well.

My boyfriend and I visited Pandora for our second anniversary. We were both new to Pandora jewerly, but it was something I wanted to checkout. As we entered the store there were 3 sales clerks just standing in an empty store. As we walked around looking , finally a clerk came over and said can I help you ? Happily we announced it was our anniversary and we were looking for a bracelet and charm to commemorate the event . The clerk then said what kind of bracelet, which I wanted the new one , then said what charm do you want ? Since we were new to Pandora we asked for suggestions. Finally we saw the one we wanted . As we stood there , we looked up and the clerk was gone. She was standing at the register, rolling her eyes at us. When we went to pay for our $165.00 purchase , she told us the amount handed us the bag . That ended our first and last trip.to Pandora at 12 Oaks mall . NO OTHER CUSTOMERS were in the store , she clearly could have at the least acted friendly and as if she liked her job.

I used to be a regular customer of this store until the new manager MOLLY who is extremely NONCOURTEOUS to me since the Gold charm Ive purchased from this store was around a year and I was trying to exchange Even it is UNWORN & NEW .. The only reason I couldnt go to the store within a year cause I got diagnosed with chronic illness and got admitted in ER atleast 3 times last year .. When I felt better .. I went to the store to do an exchange and just because it was passed 90 days and even though it looked brand New .. They simply DENIED exchanging .. Even though it showed Ive purchased from this store... Never less I bought charms for years ..thousands of dollars worth of charms .. I felt very disappointed regardless of my loyalty towards this store .. NEVER GOING TO GO TO THIS STORE .. Until this mean Manager works there .. As simple as that !

My daughter was given a ring approximately 1.5 years ago. The ring split in half completely on the band. I called the store and they said because it is over 1 year that I could call their consumer affairs to see if they would do an exchange. I asked her to describe quality of their jewelry because I expected it would last longer than this. She said it is "luxury costume jewelry". I was very surprised. I wouldnt have guessed they would have used the word "costume " to describe Pandora.
