Let me start by saying that I have been dealing with this same company for over 25 years, I have spent thousands of dollars and received more than that in quality work. I have been married for 15 years and when I was going out looking for rings for my wife, this is one of the only shops that offered to custom make one for me, my wife has gotten so may compliments on her ring even compared to new stuff on the market. This is a one of a kind shop that I will be using for another 20 years. I have had over 6 custom rings made here and just had 2 made for my daughters that people go crazy over them when they see them. If you are looking for quality and a trust worthy shop this is your place.

For more than a decade I have been buying jewelry from Precision Jewelers in Westland. Their new location on Warren Road is outstanding. Because of their huge selection of jewelry I have had great success in finding exactly what I was looking for. Most recently I wanted a band to compliment a diamond ring that I have had for a while. Their jeweler custom made for me an insert ring which accentuates my ring perfectly!! Rannie and his family are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Their jeweler is exceptional, a master of his trade. I love my new ring and highly recommend Precision Jewelers. Definitely a 5+ star business.

I needed batteries for two watches and was recommended that I go to Precision Jewelry from another jewelry counter associate who couldnt replace the batteries at their store. I was given a coupon and Precision took care of me in about 5 minutes. It appears getting watch batteries replaced is becoming a rare specialty (I went to 3 other places that couldnt replace the batteries in my Invicta watches) so it is comforting to know that Precision is nearby and capable.
