This location has the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Long story short, we purchased our engagement and wedding rings from here. Paul helped us through both events and was kind enough to purchase two champagne flutes as a wedding present. We wanted to use them during our wedding, but during the setup they were broken by a visitor leaving the venue. I called and was surprised to hear the manager of this location offered to send us two new ones on the house. Needless to say, my wife was extremely happy to hear what they were willing to do for us, since that was the only issue from our wedding. We cant say "Thank You" enough and will definitely be back for future gifts! - The Kruks

Its fake silver!! All it is is painted metal! Got a silver ring a couple years ago for a present and it turned my finger green for 2 weeks everytime it got wet! For Christmas i got a beautiful pair of the silver heart shaped earnings..they were breaking my ears out( i can only wear real silver or gold) so i took then out to clean them and put them in a drop of peroxide and water( how i clean all my silver earings with no problem) and all the "silver" pant came off and they are now just ugly metal!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! People are being over charged for FAKE silver!!! Very very disappointed!

Whats funny is we went to Tiffany & Co (3-25-2017 in the afternoon) for a birthday present for my 40th birthday and after walking in and around the store (Mind you I saw what was going to be purchased) without so much as a "hello", "hi", "someone will be with you in a moment" after 15 minutes, sadly we left. One male associate made it a point to walk around the store to some other people and made us feel like we were being avoided. Ill admit my feelings are hurt and Ill get over it but purchasing or wearing Tiffany is no longer what I want to do. Not a good look at all.

I had such an amazing experience at Tiffany & co. They made me feel like I was royalty and took great care of my needs and showed me exactly what I wanted! I went in expecting to be ignored but they were so kind!!
