While jewelry might be expensive, you get what you pay for (usually). I had a broken watch wristband and I brought it in here for repair. They put a new pin in it to replace the broken one in under five minutes and they did this free of charge! They defanately care about their customers which seems rare for most businesses. I would do business here/reccomend to friend.

The customer service was outstanding! They have won me over as a lifetime customer and they are now my preferred jewelry store. When ordering my watch over the phone, not only were they extremely helpful, they went above and beyond to text me the picture of my order and a picture confirmation of the shipping information.
