W R Mason Jewelers are absolutely FANTASTIC. My fiance and I were desperately trying to find a new reliable jeweler after my original pear-shaped engagement ring proved to be a nightmare with diamonds falling out of the halo three different times. We were fed up and frustrated with our previous jeweler and the terrible work they did, and were looking to replace the entire band / halo. Luckily we found W R Mason in Lake Orion and have now purchased my replacement brand new engagement ring, my fiances wedding band and my matching band. All 3 pieces are absolutely 110% perfect and EXACTLY what we were looking for! Their pricing is super competitive and their customer service goes above and beyond. All three brothers are so friendly and passionate and do everything they can to make the customer happy. I am in love with my new ring and we will be returning to the business for years to come! Definitely recommend!

I can not say enough good things about this shop. My fiance got my engagement ring custom made here and it is so incredibly perfect that I am keeping it as my wedding ring. We also just received his custom made wedding band and we could not be more happy with how it turned out. He did not even want to wear a ring but after getting his band he cant wait to wear it! I just got my wedding ring repaired here. It had completely cracked across the bottom and was oval shaped. Not only did they offer to have it repaired for me for pickup the very next day, their price for repair was great, they did a great job, and they do the repairs on site! Other places Ive been to had to ship the jewelry out. My ring hasnt looked this good in years. :) I look forward to continuing to do business here.
