A little back story... I bought my wife engagement/wedding ring from Kay Jewelers 6 years ago. Kay is owned by Sterling Jewelers. I had nothing but headaches since that day. A diamond fell out on our Wedding day. Over the years more diamonds fel out, horrible repairs, excuses, etc... Had customer care involved, district manager, store manager and received nothing but frustration. Kay Jewelers had my wifes ring for a total of 1.5 years in the 6 years we have been married. The last repair they made actually left cracks in the gold holding the center stone. This was all shown to me at Waterfall Jewelers. I finally wised up and went to Waterfall Jewelers. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in. My wifes ring is a custom one-off design. They duplicated the ring onto their computer software, fixed the design flaws from Kay Jewelers, modeled it in wax for me to inspect, then remade the ring. The ring is absolutely perfect! I have nothing but good to say about Waterfall Jewelers. I am now a lifelong customer.

I was referred to Waterfall from a family member. My wedding ring was in need of repair and appraisal so I dropped it off August 3rd. I was told that it would be done in ten days and that the appraisal would be sent to me. I realized no one had called on the 10th day and attempted to call on the 11th day which was a Saturday. No answer. Closed on Sunday. I had to call them on Monday to find out what happened and learned there was a power outage on Saturday and that my ring would be ready in an hour! I arrived to pick up my ring and was told if I could wait 30 minutes, they could complete the appraisal. At this point I am beyond irritated and told them I would take it elsewhere. They apologized repeatedly but offered me nothing. I asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and the owner, Tom, asked me what would I like them to do? What kind of customer service is this? I said, ten or twenty percent would be nice, so he handed me twenty from the register. I will never given them my business again.

Went in there to look at engagement rings, didnt feel very comfortable right from the get-go. Girl that greeted us was friendly, but when we mentioned we were looking at engagement rings, we felt as though we were being led from the "cheap" jewelry to the most expensive jewelry without being given an explanation of the difference in upgrading. Once we arrived to the expensive rings, the "owner" came out to talk to us, and it was almost as if we had stumbled upon a broken record. He showed us the diamond, explained it to us, and as she tried on the ring, he kept repeating the phrase "hes young, successful, he obviously loves you"... and then would tell us something about the ring. After about the 8th time he repeated that phrase we decided that this type of pressure sales wasnt going to work on us and we decided to shop around.

Waterfall Jewelers has knowledgeable, friendly and the best overall service youll find anywhere. I had a ring that was badly bent after getting stuck in a doorway. There were three customers in front of me in the line for watch/jewelry repair and the woman who was at first in line was a difficult customer holding up the line. One of the sales associates(I think it was the owner or his son came over and asked how he could help. I told him about my ring needing to be straightened out and he took my ring to the repair bench, straightened out and made sure it fit properly. No charge and I was on my way. Great people and nice, quality jewelry at this store.

Such a good experience. Andy took his time to show me all of my options in my price range and my *soon to be* wife is in love with her ring. There wasnt a second that I didnt feel comfortable or pressured and I knew this was the ONLY place I would buy my jewelry. Andy, Joe and the team are remarkably knowledgeable, friendly and treat you not as a customer but family friend. The selection sets Waterfall apart from other stores but the service is what really stands out at this local gem! I highly recommend Waterfall and Waterfall II and will be back in the future!

My favorite thing about Waterfall Jewelers is they are a family owned business who TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE FAMILY TOO!! I have purchased rings, necklaces, earrings, and a watch from their stores. I have had pens engraved, jewelry cleaned, and items repaired by their talented staff. I have even called ahead to have them pull together jewelry selections for me to look at when I was short on time!! Each and every encounter has left me feeling happy with my choice and appreciated as a customer. THANK YOU WATERFALL!

I purchased my wifes wedding ring here, and she purchased mine here. The price was reasonable compared to other places, but what set this jeweler aside is that they are very community minded. They dont act all hoity-toity, they dont mind answering 100 questions and they have always treated my wife and I with courteous respect. They also offer free watch batteries and installations that coincides with monthly charity events, asking for small donations to things that benefit cancer research or local education funds.

Exceptional customer service! I had reached out to Heather regarding some questions around my jewelry. I had a slew of items that needed to be cleaned, fixed, batteries replaced, etc.....I dont live in the area so would be sending my mom in on my behalf. She was so patient in answering all my questions and was super helpful. My mom lives closer to the White Lake location so we ended up going there but regardless Heather clarified everything before she got there. Thank you Heather!

Great collection of different jewelers in one store the store was clean and neat. The staff was great, inviting, easy going and let use take our time, help us with sizing, pointed out good deals and informed us on several different pieces for future purchases. We ended up making several purchases and we didnt break our pockets since thats always good we will definitely be back!

Great people all around. Needed a stainless watch band sized and changed out. Jeweler did this in about 10 minutes and did not charge me anything. Collected a donation for a local charity as payment. Outstanding! Will purchase from them for sure when situation arises. You have to love a business that provides customer service like that. Please shop with them!
