The service I received at Issa Jewelers was great! I was referred to them by the jewelers shop at the Kroger Market about a mile north of them. After I followed the "Yellow Brick Road" to the service desk, Mo greeted me with a handshake and a sincere "How are you? How can I help you?"... and it was close to closing time. How often can you expect to get that? Well, I showed him the pocket watch that I wanted to have him install a battery that I had purchased a few days earlier. I expected that I could replace the battery myself, but I couldnt open the back of the watch. After inspecting the watch, Mo gave it to the jeweler, and I promise you, it was less than 10 minutes later and I had my dads watch, back in my hands just ticking away. So, thank you to Mo, his "Bro", and "The Godfather" for the outstanding service yesterday. My late father would be glad to know that Im now able to proudly wear one of his watches. Folks. Consisency is a key value pertaining to the quality of the merchandise you receive, and the money spent towards it. The second I walked into the store, I was greeted instantly, and was extremely taken with the personality of Moe. Not only was he incredibly skilled, but goes so far as to educate you beyond the typical jeweler. Each one of his rings are a work of art. As a man, I absolutely despise the process of ring shopping - however, Moe made the process an absolute pleasure. Extremely satisfied with Issas, and their wonderful staff. I went into the store on a whim to see if my eyeglass frame could be repaired (soldered). I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. The price was incredibly reasonable, the service was prompt, and the workmanship was most exquisite! Once I returned to my doctors office, the staff members were eager to know where the work was done. They were so impressed by the outcome of my repaired eyeglass frame. I will most definitely be recommending this store for future business. The staff members made this an incredibly positive experience for me. Additionally, the selection of jewelry was superb. Issa jewelers......all I can say about these guys are excellent, outstanding, very helpful, I just recently purchased some diamond earrings that i love, great deals if you want great quality jewelry for a great price this is the place, if your on a budget like most people are now a days they have a fantastic layaway plan thats double the time these other jewelers are offering, the staff is amazing they dont smother you or pressure you into buying anything, theres so much stuff you will find something I guarantee it, overall service, staff, merchandise, area awesome safe and secure. special s/o to Moe( The Deal Maker) John (The Godfather) albert (One Cool Dude) BIG D much love thanks

I took my ring to them to have the prongs redone and a watch needing links removed. I was greeted cordially and Mo listened to what I needed done and after looking at them quoted me an unbelievable price for both jobs and best part was repairs would be complete in a few hours. When I picked them up my ring setting was secure and the ring look just like new. thank-you Mo for the great service . I know I would not been able to afford repairs for a while anywhere else. Moe and his staff are by far the best in the business. Every purchase ive made I know that not only are they giving me the best deal, they also have treated me better than any store has done before. They go above and beyond in making you feel like family and also true to old school traditions in respect. Did I mention they also have the best quality around! I picked out a necklace for mothers day (being the over achiever that i am). A friend of mine recommended me to Issa for Valentines Day, but I ended up losing my valentine . go figure. When I went to Issa, i had a great experience. even though they were busy, they still greeted us when we walked through the door. I think customer service is very important, especially when youre getting ready to spend money. They were very patient with me and I will definitely be going back soon. (Thumbs Up)

Issa Jewelers is a place thats recommended by someone who really appreciate good customer service and a place that doesnt pressure you to make a purchase..Moe and his staff were awesome, they were very knowledgeable and helpful...they also offer great layaway! Weve been driving by this place for the longest, decided to go in and I fell in Loooooove. Not only did we get an awesome deal on our items , but the customer service is FANTASTIC. This is the place to go!! ISSA Jewelers was the only place where they gave me a reasonable price and has the best customer service. This was the only place that would size my OMEGA watch, the other jewelers wouldnt even touch it because its expensive watch and they didnt want to be held responsible or they just didnt know how to do it.They know what their doing and I guarantee you will walk out of there satisfied. :)

Was greeted warmly, like one of the family. My watch band kept falling off. Mo had it fixed within minutes. The rings in this store are exquisite. The artistry is amazing. The jewelery is not the run of the mill that you find at the mall stores. This is where I will definitely re-visit when I am in need of any type of jewelery from rings to watches to earrings. Mo has it all and at the right price!
