My husband had a mothers ring made for me in 2016. In October 2016 some of the stones became lose, and a few even fell out. I dropped it off, and it took them close to thee WEEKS to get it fixed! When I got the ring back, they had added metal to where the prongs hold in the diamonds. They didnt smooth down the extra metal, the new metal was a different color than the rest of the band, and the new diamonds were sunken down so it looked like they were still missing. Shoty workmanship to say the least. I asked for them to fix it again. They had it another few weeks then called to say they had to remake the ring. Over 2 months later, I get the ring back, and its too small. They didnt check the sizing, they said they would try to stretch it and remove the sizing balls, it would be ready in 3 days. I go back, nothing has been done. Its going to be another week. This whole time, I was treated like I was the unreasonable one, and almost like they didnt care that this was happening. $1000 ring, that I only got to wear for a few months. No compensation, so apologies. Nothing. I still dont have my ring.

I had a wonderful experience here today. I was completely unsure about a type of jewelry I wanted, but both associates came to the rescue and to help me figure it out. They have a lot of options and they were very patient with me as I tried to figure out how much I wanted to spend and what type of jewelry I wanted. Definitely recommend this place!
