Ive developed such a fabulous ongoing relationship with the gals at John Laughter in Waynesville, and it is the only place that I trust with repairing and cleaning my diamonds. They also give you such dedicated and genuine attention, that you literally feel like family. I was recently in the market for a particular style of ring that I had searched all over for, to no avail. I described what I wanted and they started the hunt to find exactly what I wanted. Beth went out of her way to give me options and to find the best fit for what I wanted. I am supremely satisfied with my purchase, and moreso, their unmatched service. I will always use John Laughter in Waynesville to service and repair my diamonds, and I rely on them regularly to keep them shining bright!

I started the process of looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend several months ago- kind of a big endeavor trying to find the perfect one. We were fortunate enough to visit the John Laughter store in Waynesville and met Beth. We described what we were looking for and Beth pulled out many options for us to look at. I was not very knowledgeable about diamonds or jewelry in general, and Beth was extremely helpful in this department. There was no pressure or haggling; this relieved a lot of the stress we had experienced at other stores. I returned a few days later and bought what we think was the perfect ring. I would highly recommend going to John Laughter for any jewelry purchase. I will continue to do so.

My boyfriend and I went into the Waynesville store to look for engagement rings. The staff was great. Not pushy, no sales pitch... they let us look and take our time. I also brought in rings to be appraised for possible credit. During my visit, one of my family heirloom pendants fell on the ground out of the ring box and I didnt know it. I was a wreck that night when I realized it. I emailed Laughter right away at 9pm. I got an email back at 7am from Mr. John Laughter that when the store opened at 10am they would look for it right away. They did, they called me as soon as they found it! I was so happy! They have our business!

Wow!! Tammy Mosley is amazing! She is not only super friendly and incredibly knowledgable, she is also very creative and thinks outside the box. My husband and I just celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and I had looked all over Asheville for ideas to combine a couple of diamonds in one ring. No one seemed to have any ideas except to trade them in. For sentimental reasons, I wanted to keep them. Tammy was the first person to take the time and have the patience & ability to solve my problem. I call her "the Fixer". I have the most awesome ring ever because of her! i am so grateful!

John Laughter is Waynesville is amazing! Angel did an incredible job helping my now fiance and I pick out the perfect engagement set. He was so knowledgeable, patient and was able to really help me find what fit and looked the best. I love going into john laughter every morning. The ambiance is extremely inviting and comfortable. The curb appeal of the waynesville location is elegant and gorgeous with the nice rock work and water feature. I brought a piece of jewelry in today that Id found at a yard sale, wondering if it could be worth anything. Id never met these people in my life. But Angel and Beth were so sweet, and Angel appraised my gold-plated teeny necklace that didnt amount to much, but I thought it was beautiful and wanted to give it to my mother, so Angel cleaned it, displayed it on a black felt backdrop and put it in a beautiful black and red zippered bag for me! So nice, I couldnt believe it. I would give these people my business for sure.

My first experience with JLJ was 14 years ago, buying a birthstone ring for my daughter. Since then we have made several purchases, had custom jewelry created and we are always treated like family. Beautiful store, helpful staff. Brought in a quite delicate and expensive chalice that needing cleaning, potentially re-plating. John Laughters own Angel meticulously tended to the entire chalice, cleaned the diamonds thoroughly, and saved me from sending off the unit for unneeded plating. The care and attention John Laughters provided was just what I required. The entire chalice sparkled as new! Will bring all my fine items solely to this store.

John Laughter in Waynesville is the only Jewelry store I will go to. I have purchased several things from this store and it has always been a pleasant experience. Tammy and the staff at this location are always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Tammy helped me design a custom engagement ring for my soon to be wife it and was exactly what I had envisioned.
