THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! They destroyed one ring and almost destroyed the other. Took my mothers diamond ring to have it set with more prongs (5 instead of 4) so that I could wear it always and be reminded of my Dear Mother. Also an antique ring of my Grandmothers. Sent is back three or four times when I was finally able to pick it up because the work was shotty and the prongs no even touching the diamond...you could see this with the naked eye. Meanwhile Michael sat nearby and never came over to check on the problem. After several more attempts to get them to do the proper work I left. Afraid to wear the ring I put it away and when I did wear it, I wasnt a week later and a prong broke off. It is now being properly fixed at a legitimate jeweler store and will cost me hundreds of dollars to fix their mess. HE IS RUDE AND SEEMS TO CARE MORE ABOUT WAS HE IS COOKING AND GOING TO EAT THAN THE WORK THAT IS DONE OR SATISFACTION OF CUSTOMERS. MY SUGGESTION IS TO NOT RELY ONLINE REVIEWS AND ASK EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND COME ACROSS WHAT THEY HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS JEWELRY STORE......SURE WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!!!

First let me start by saying im a very picky person, especially when it came to designing my engagement ring. We had been to Lucido, Jared, Kays, Zales, Helzberg, and probably a few more that I cant think of. I was looking for something unique, something not everyone had. Michael and his staff went above and beyond, showing me every single ring in every case that he had ( and let me say that was a lot of cases and rings) They had so many rings that I fell in love with. I couldnt choose which one I wanted so Michael helped me create a ring that I couldnt live without. I was nervous because after I ordered it I couldnt see it till it was finished, but when I picked it up it was even more amazing then I thought it would be. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and I refer everyone I know looking for any kind of jewelery to this store.

I shopped at several stores in Macomb County before stumbling upon this store on google. After reading several positive reviews I decided to go check it out, and was pleasantly surprised. The people here (I was helped by Sarah, she was awesome) made me feel very comfortable and were extremely patient. They got me a beverage to drink and I sat down while Sarah showed me a wide variety (what felt like hundreds) of settings. She was very helpful in working within my budget and offering her opinion and answering my questions. In the end I asked if it was possible for them to combine two rings I liked, and they were willing to custom make it to my liking. I cant wait to see how it turns out. Definitely my best shopping experience.

After going to a number of other jewelry stores in search of the perfect engagement ring I finally found Michael Agnello Jewelers and I couldnt be happier! I had an idea of what my fiance wanted and Michael Agnello himself along with his staff helped design the most perfect engagement ring after not finding exactly what I was looking for. When the ring was done and I picked it up, I found that Michael had outdone himself by adding more diamonds than expected which totally blew me away. My fiance has received so many compliments on the ring and a number of people have told her that it is the most gorgeous ring they have ever seen!! I am now a Michael Agnello customer for life and I would recommend them to anyone.

My husband and I have been satisfied customers of Agnellos for over 20 years. My parents were customers, so when my hubby wanted to design my engagement ring, he went straight there. Over the years, weve both purchased out of the case and had custom jewelry done, and it has all been gorgeous and up to our expectations, which are high because we know the quality they produce. They stand behind their craftsmanship, too. I still go in every few months to have my rings inspected and cleaned. They are quick to point out any damage, and they are more than fair with their repair prices. I have always recommended Agnellos to friends, and those friends have been just as happy with them as we are.

Agnello Jewelers is a wonderful store. I recently purchased an Alex and Ani bracelet. They have a wide selection of jewelry with the latest fashion and trends. I have never been treated so poorly. To spend thousands of dollars and be spoken to like you dont know anything, is extremely frustrating. The elitist attitude of the owner and staff was a huge turn off. Will not purchase anything from Agnellos again.
