Visited this merchant to purchase a 24" inch cuban link chain and was willing to spend between 1.5 and 2k on the purchase cash in hand. After getting over how unkempt the store owner and his shop was, i proceeded to talk jewelry with the gentleman who had absolutely nothing in stock, and finally he pulled his book out and said i could order something. I agreed and looked at his catalogue selection asking a question about price new vs value when i decided to trade it in and had the book for less that 15 seconds before he sighed and grabbed the book off the table and told me "it wouldnt even be worth it because you have to pay cash up front and theres no returns" as if i wasnt a serious buyer. When i told him i had cash in hand he completely back peddled and tried to bring the book back, but by this time i was appalled at his demeanor with a customer up to that point. I told him dont worry about it and to have a good day and he yelled "BYEEE" at the top of his lungs before returning to his cluttered hole in the back of his shop. I would not recommend to any serious buyer, this guy is a hack and was extremely rude!

Made he mistake of purchasing products from this man, he is an old senile angry man. When we walked in he tried to take us for everything we had, he heard wedding and number signs started going off in his head. So we got our bands and he was holding onto our opal till we had enough to finish out paying his outrageous price for a band. When we went to just pick up the opal and let him know we couldnt afford his price not only did he refuse to give us out property that we had paid for he also refused to give us out money back, pulled out a crumpled up piece of paper with his return policy that looked like it was dated from 1973 . No where in the store does it state that he has a right to hold our property that we paid for until the ring was finished or that he didnt have to give us our money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN. He uses mob tactics to bully his customers into purchasing over priced stones .

I got a really beautiful custom piece made here and I recommend him to all my friends. I think the prices are fair and he will use items you bring in and work with you to design your piece. I showed him a pic of a vintage ring from etsy and its perfect.
