I never think to give positive reviews, but Im glad I saw the bad one here cause it made me think to comment on the store. I was recommended to come here on the advice of a friend and when I first saw the place my first thoughts were, "are you kidding me? This place?" But, as soon as I walked inside I felt very comfortable. I dont know how many of you are used to walking into a jewelry store and within seconds being swarmed by people who behave as if theyre working for a used car lot, but this place is the polar opposite. Theyre incredibly friendly and dont put off the vibe that theyre purely in it for the money. They greet you when you walk in, and dont bother you again until you need help. Everyone I spoke with there was very friendly. They have a great dog, who cracks me up every time I go in. Every time Ive been there, there have been customers that are clearly repeat shoppers because they seem to be great friends with the owners. That in itself speaks volumes. They have a great selection of unique jewelry and if youre looking for vintage, antique looking rings, its the right place. The woman gave me a ridiculous deal on the engagement ring I purchased, after seeing how much I knew that was "the ring" but still couldnt afford it. She just wanted a happy customer, more than the extra money. We both plan our purchasing our wedding bands there as well. I will never go anywhere else for my jewelry again.

Im so glad Charlotte has Tower Place Jewelers! With an abundance of chain jewelers, I was starting to think I would have to leave town to find an interesting independent place with informed staff and personal service. The small, plain looking exterior hides the truly ASTOUNDING variety of pieces tucked inside. The mother and daughter team have been in the business for decades and really know their stuff! The worked together, asking me questions and pulling out vintage, unique and quirky pieces until they found the perfect one for me; a 1950s floral design that captures me perfectly. And they were as thrilled as I was to find it!! For a boutique experience and personal service; for one of a kind wedding sets, engagement rings, watches and more; for a great deal, bigger stones and popular designers; if you just want the best, you owe it to yourself to go to Tower Place Jewelers!!!

I never write these reviews but, this store is just a bunch of scam artists. I had a ring i own break with me only wearing it for an hour. We tried to get it fixed and they wont do anything. We have been contacting them for a year. They would yell at me on the phone when i would talk to them. They hung up on me multiple times. They even laughed at me when i tried to explain my case. They even had me pay insured postage twice to get it fixed and they would return it to me every time. This is the worst business experience i have ever had. Please do your self a favor and avoid this place at all possible.

My fiance got my engagement ring from Ms.Terry and we have now bought my wedding band from her as well. They have an AMAZING selection of antique/vintage nice jewelry for a great price. If you dont see what you want that trip, she will keep an eye out for you and call you if she gets something in you might like. She has more than accommodating to us! Her staff is always professional and so polite. You really feel like youre working with family. Outside appearances are VERY deceiving for what she carries!

Thank God for this jewelry store! I visited this store to have my watch authenticated after a previous shop informed me it was fake. This saved me a lot of heartache to have them confirm the watch was authentic, and in such a positive way. Even though we couldnt do business, its simply a joy to be in there! The staff is very friendly and courteous so its easy to see why there were lots of customers browsing their inventory. I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone.
