Where should this post begin? I bought a 2003 Audi A4 Convertible from Joseph and Avi back in August of 2015. The whole car buying experience was great. The were honest about the vehicle and I didnt expect much because I knew I was buying a used car. Joseph and Avi trusted me enough to let me drive the car off the lot on a Saturday and forward them all the finance paperwork from the bank the following Monday. I was really pleased!!! The car had some flaws and some parts that needed to be fixed and Avi informed me that he has the parts on order. He told me that once the parts arrive I should go back to the dealership and he would install them. I live 3 hours away and have been unable to make the drive out there. After talking with Avi and Joseph they said that they would send the parts to me and that I would install. I was ok with that. Now is where the story takes a turn. I have been waiting on parts since August 2015 and today is January 27, 2016. I have called both Avi and Joseph numerous times and I keep getting the same story, "I have been so busy, I forgot, I didnt have time". My patience is growing very thin with all the excuses. I was not going to write a review, but seeing that this is the only way that I will be able to let everybody else know what is going on, I had no other choice. I called and spoke to Joseph today on 01/27/2016 @ 1000 and he told me that he doesnt know where Avi put the parts and that this is his problem and not mine and he promised to put them in the mail today. I will give it 3 - 5 days and if I dont get my parts again I will write a Yelp review as well as a complaint with the BBB. I hope nobody else encounters the problems I have so far. BEWARE when you buy a car from here you are buying a used car and all the problems that come along with it. My Audi broke down yesterday and is in the shop!!!! I have already put 1000 dollars worth of maintenance into it. Like I said earlier in the post, I bought it knowing full well its a used car.

Completely suprised someone would give this place a one star. Decided to check out their user history. Rated one dealer high, and this one low. Not sure how one could go to a dealer, rate it 5 stars, then go to another and rate it one. Its like saying I bought a car and went to another dealer. Im not implying anything but I wouldnt recommend trusting them. They said "its funny to read some of the reviews they have left for themselves" yet they made the first comment. Anyways, on with my experiences! When I bought my car last week, Joseph was extremely understanding and patient. I asked him questions about a variety of vehicles and he answered them in a manner that showed understanding. Overall, the paperwork was quick and simple, payment was smooth, and they told me everything I needed to know. Mr. Nodels business was the third one I visited. Although I cant remember their names, I remember why I didnt purchase from them; One showed a lack of interest, one kept pushing me for a different, more expensive model, and one seemed to have been angered before I came. Those werent the ways to treat a customer who was willing to drop thousands of dollars on a single item. I have already told a few friends about my experience. They couldnt believe it, their experiences were so horrible and the felt like they have been ripped off. I love family businesses like this one, its just an honest man trying to earn money to support his family. They are the ones with the most experience and I always recommend going to a family business to support citizens like you and I, trying to make a living. I think I am going to stop here, you understand my point. I think a longer review has to be written for a car dealership than a resturaunt. Thanks PLM, I will return one day.

Some of the reviews here that are negative are bit odd. People buy cars without looking at them and then are surprised at what they get!? Others need parts but never go back to have them installed!? All sounds like buyers who blame their own poor decisions on PLM. Anyways, I had a great experience. I bought a 2000 SLK 230. When I looked at the car it had a whole laundry list of issues I pointed out. Every single one Avi promised to address. After the test drive I expected the sales pressure to kick in under the promise that they would take care of the issues. But there was none, in fact they wouldnt even let me give a downpayment, which got me worried that they just would go ahead and sell the SLK to somebody who doesnt care about all the issues. However, they called me back 2 days later all issues fixed. I bought the car, with 3m warranty (they do that with all cars) and I still love it today 1 year later. I was on their website today to buy another car because I believe in their quality and service. When I saw the bad reviews I had to share my experience.

This dealership doesnt even deserve a 1 star!!! Im so disappointed in them. I live in Kansas City, MO. I found a 2008 Audi TT 2.0 soft top convertible for a great price online through their dealership. When I had the guy I was buying it through call up there, the guy couldnt stop saying how great of shape the car was in. He kept going on and on that it was a great deal and we would be very pleased. SO, with that being said, we trusted the mans word. My cars salesman booked a flight and went to pick it up. At the time, nothing was wrong with it. It made it all the way back to KC. Great.. right?! Well a week later, the convertible top would go down but wouldnt come back up. Not only that but the breaks were bad and the door motor went out to the point where I cant lock my doors with the key fobs. The radio has a huge line through it where someone must have broken it. Im so disappointed. I honestly thought this was a good dealership. I read really good reviews and I get the complete opposite. I guess lesson learned on my end..

its is very funny to read some of the reviews they have left for themselves ,Hmmm... where to begin, where to begin... Lets start with the customers. A couple of words come to mind immediately: RUDE, ENTITLED, ARROGANT, LAZY, CRASS, NEVER SATISFIED and did I mention RUDE and LAZY? Sure, not ALL of them are as mentioned above, but let me assure you, MOST of them can be summed up in the 6 descriptive terms Ive mentioned. I kid you not, the majority of people that come through this dealership need to be trout slapped in the face, giving them a dose of reality. the only time i got a good treatment was at time of payment for the lemon they sold me ,a day later car broke down on the fwy and i had to tow the car to mecanic which they told it needs a new engine and will cost me $7500 i tried calling and calling to this dealership and each time they hang up on me .i am retaining a attorney and file a lawsuit ,in meantime please do your self a favor and stay away from them
