I had an amazing experience with Enterprise Car Sales. I had no idea the company even sold cars until the rental car agent found out I was buying, and sent me over to sales, where I was promptly treated with honesty and respect. Theyre really enthusiastic about their cars, which at first seemed a little too charismatic to me, but I quickly saw they genuinely care about their customers. Rayna and Irving were the two who helped me the most. I initially purchased a 2015 Prius, but wasnt satisfied (nothing against the car, but I need good back support and the prius does not have that. I was set on an SUV anyway) When I told Rayna, she was happy to oblige under their 7-day return contract, but she also (in an admitted effort to keep my business) researched the other cars Enterprise had in stock, and found me a 2015 Nissan Rogue in Gardenia. She had the car sent to their Culver City location, and let me keep the Prius until the car came in. When I went to return the Prius and test out the Rogue, I fell in love. The car was amazing - well priced, ran smoothly, had great features, everything. By this point Rayna knew what I wanted and really strived to find the perfect car. I was there for a while (as buying a car can be lengthy) and everyone was so polite. Throughout the test drives and process of filling out forms, I was completely satisfied. If you want a great car at a great price with great service, go to Enterprise. OH YEAH - and Im OBSESSED with my new car. ;)

Hello everyone , I hope my experience with this company help you to think more before you purchase second hand car from them. I got the car couple of month ago , and after 3 month start problems , i contact every single person there and I did explain them the issue , but unfortunately every one of them tried to escape from the issue. my advise : before buying the car make sure it has car company WARRANTY for at least one year . ask me Why ???? their car drove usually more than 35000MI by almost 40 different people who dont care about the car which is not belong to them ....its only rented .... PLEASE : buy a car which is not drove by many people for a short time. and you know those people who rented a car usually dont care about rental cars. please be advise : for example if you are planning to buy a Toyota from them .....take the car to the Toyota company and ask the to diagnose the car completely and make sure that you have company warranty for enough time , if not please dont go for it . Please remember there are lots of companies who sales second hand cars which is drove by 3 to 4 owners not 40 plus customers. ((IF YOU BUY CAR FROM THEM PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FACTORY WARRANTY FOR MAIN PARTS OF THE CAR AND PLEASE TAKE THE CAR FOR DIAGNOSE)) ((honestly i dont advise to buy car from any rental car sales)) Regards BlueBird

I found the staff at the Culver City office to exemplary from my initial phone call to set appt. to the closing on my selected car. I so appreciated how helpful everyone in that office was., even though I was not their particular client. My account exec was Rayna Brewer . Her service and style are second to none. She anticipated many of my concerns before I even expressed them. Her patience was endless. She was available by email even in the evening. Because of her diligence, I now have a car 2015 Nissan Altima, which perfectly matches, not most, but all of my preferences. As someone earlier mentioned, I looked at several both at the sales office and online at Enterprises web site. I found the car I wanted in another city and Rayna went and picked up that same car and brought it to me in time for our scheduled appointment! Now THATS above and beyond. The lengthy closing paperwork was handled efficiently by manager John Lee, but more importantly was thoroughly explained. Thanks, Rayna! Thanks, John!

When the insurance company told me that my car was totaled I knew that I needed to start the dreaded process of purchasing another car. The same week I met Irving Rodriguez who sells cars for Enterprise Car Sales. He listened to what I was looking for and within a day had found my car. I love to buy cars which are one or two years old and in great condition. Enterprise has them! But what they really excel at is people like Irving and the whole staff at the Culver City location. They made the entire process seamless. The car was the price I was told, to the penny. Irving spent a lot of time going through each feature of the car and would not let me leave untill he knew I was completely satisfied. If you are looking for a great car at a great price without all of the hassles of car dealerships call Enterprise and better yet, ask for Irving Rodriguez

After two weeks of dealing with terrible car salesman in various dealerships a friend recommend that I purchase my Car at Enterprise. It was a great experience. I was treated with respect and honesty. No one was trying to ask me out, no one touched me while talking to me and or treated me like I was looking for a Boyfriend, No one tried forcing me to buy insurance policies I do not need, no one was rushing me. (unlike Toyota of marina Del Ray for instance) My Car purchase was for a change a nice and positive. A woman trying to shop for a Car by herself in the USA in 2015 can be a horrifying experience. The people at Enterprise Car Sales are a rare find and I highly recommend them. Thank you John and Henry.

I live in Monrovia and was put on to this dealership by a friend. I am so happy I took the drive to check it out. First, you can on-line shop for your car with Enterprise and they will bring the car of your choosing to the location of your choosing. It was made soooo easy. The car was there when I arrived, the neighborhood is easy to test drive around and the money end was smooth. My fears of buying a rental car were allayed when it was pointed out to me that they are actually serviced much more frequently than a privately-owned one would be. And if there are any recall issues, Enterprise simple auctions the cars off. Those do not end up on their lots. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

First of all I wasnt shopping for a car. I was only there for support of my niece. After seeing how enterprise treated her and the deal she got, I knew I would go back. The next day I met with car sales representative Rayna Brewer who was outstanding with plenty of information, curtious and pleasant to work with. I did buy a great car that Im very happy with. If youre shopping for a great car and great deal, go there and speak with anyone on there staff. Team enterprise with Rayna, Mayco, John and Henry they will take care of you and all your concerns.
